Trent helped my mother and I in our recent visit. We have had Verizon for over 22 years. Trent knows his stuff and whenever you don’t understand anything (aka my mother) he can easily explain things to any intelligent level for you. It’s always a good experience and great vibe in the Granite City location. We have been to other locations and have not had anywhere near the customer service we receive here. We appreciate the helpfulness and I appreciate the personable experience that we always receive.
