Great salon with a great variety of colors. Jackson and Ellie are the best nail techs around - very friendly and fast. Prices are very reasonable and they have nice amenities (snacks and drinks).

Today was my first experience at this location. Unfriendly would not be an appropriate word for the staff. They were simply Cold. Atmosphere is unappealing. Prices on a basic manicure are well above the market average. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

They shared me $160 dollars for two sets of acrylics painted white. No design, nothing one of us did have length but it was definitely not $160s worth. I was cut during the process by scissors and my friends nails were left messy. I do not recommend going here! Service: Acrylic nails

So... I have been all over Auburn getting my nails done for about a year. I spend an average of 50$ on nails that I hate with the worse conversation. I never go back for my fills and it ends up being such a big waste of money. With that said... this place was a 35 minute drive and cost almost double what I am used to paying. Do you know what I got for my money? I got a quick appointment, I got awesome conversation, I have the ability to show them almost anything I want and they can do it WELL! I admit that I went in thinking I wanted dip but I was wrong because after walking in there I realized I don't know anything about nails! They didn't laugh at me, they never made me feel like I was an inconvenience.... instead they taught me! and their customers are so nice, too! seriously... I want to go to school to do nails so that maybe I can help people in Auburn get what I am so willing to drive here to get and pay for. Jackson did my nails and he was SO gentle... yeah... Jackson... that was the first time I didn't bleed from getting my nails done. thank you. sorry it took so long to write my review... I was away for a bit. I took my best friend here for her birthday to get our nails done. The pictures on Facebook were beautiful, so we had high expectations! And they were met! The artists took some time to do our nails, but it’s not hard to tell they care about their work. The staff members were polite and conversational, and we both felt comfortable there. I highly recommend checking out their Facebook page to see their designs!

I’ve been going to Royal Nails & Spa for a couple months now. Ellie does the best designs I’ve ever received!! She always listens to what I want and how I like my nails, and does an amazing job. I let her freestyle the very first time I tried the salon and have been a returning customer ever since. Their pedicure specialist are also very professional and do a great job. I’ve received both full sets, fills with designs and pedicures at the salon. I also brought my niece in for a full set and she loved her nails. I will be returning every few weeks as usual.... ❤️
