Even if they don’t have my prescriptions ready when I get there, they don’t turn me away and they get them ready quickly. Way better service than Walgreens or CVS where they tell you to come back in an hour and it’s still not ready

Exceptional pharmacy technicians and pharmacists! Prior to the pandemic the Med Shoppe in Chesterfield was my pharmacy and since I was working from home I had to switch to Walgreens which was the worst decision ever. I was able to find out the same owner as the Chesterfield store owns this location and happily switched. The whole team @ this location are absolutely wonderful! They were able to get a medication filled that Walgreens kept saying needed a PA & they couldn't obtain it the same day they transferred it from Walgreens. If you are looking for a pharmacy that actually has customer service and will exceed your expectations this is it. This location also has staff who speaks Bosnian and a few speak Russian (nice to know if English isn't your native language). I cannot speak highly enough of these folks.

A special THANK YOU for the extra effort it took to get pain meds to me. The pain was extreme after my fall and I had to call my doctor for something stronger. It was late in the day when you got the prescription, but you delivered it to me in a very short time. I'm so glad I switched to Medicine Shoppe after a change in the pharmacy I previously used did not work out well. You now have all my prescriptions on auto refill so I can relax knowing I will have them when I need them. And I know that should another emergency occur, I can count on you.

Medicine Shoppe was a life saver last week. The Sappinton location had a prescription I really needed and no one else had it in stock! The staff and pharmacist were very friendly and helpful. They also have delivery available.

I have been to many pharmacies over the years and the Medicine Shoppe on Sappington is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Nick the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate about my medical needs.
