Love this salon! Of course all the employees are very wonderful but they are also very skilled technicians. When you get a pedicure a good deal of time is spent on removing your calluses. A very important point in my opinion. My manicure was perfect and to top it off each service is ended with a lovely neck massage. This is definitely the place to go to be pampered. My nails chipped the same night, they were rushed and uneven and not what I asked for as the design, not even a week later they are popping off, very very easily if I just bump them. My friend got hers done the same way different color and they charged her more. It's been 6 days and I'm already missing four, the ones that are left are ready to fall off and there is significant difference in length and already need a fill. Great pedicure. Nails were burned. Disappointed that I asked 3 times about a hand design and was told yes each time and came out disappointed I had to just pick a polish and I felt the man doing my nails was deflecting onto me his frustration with his job. I have heard many who have been disappointed. But I heard the one in Geneva is better.

Extra charges were not in writing for gel pedicure pricing, I didn't know I was being charged $15 extra and the owner humiliated me in front of other customers in the store/I should know gel cost and what they charge. Lack of customer service, no transparent pricing and poor treatment of the patron. I only learned of this at the cash register and there is nothing in writing. Great pedicure, but poor treatment when you question their pricing or practices. $72 later, not happy
