The last 2 times we've been here they have messed up at least 1 sandwich. The first time it took them 4 times before they got it right that was a Bacon Swiss sandwich nothing extra or taken away from it. This time was a impossible whopper without onions and we got a plain burger.

Well where do I start. I order a bacon stacker king meal with lg onion rings and a soft drink. When I got my order it had no onion rings and was given fries. I was never told that they were out of onion rings and over heard the cashier tell the manager that she never heard us say onion rings. So as that be said they did nothing to fix it and threw the fries out and then gave me another fry like I wanted the fries when they are too salty.

It's BK. You know what you're getting. Can find good deals. Tastes good. Drive thru crew usually seems very happy and efficient, and I love that!

I usually order fast food once a year or two. Stopped here for a quick lunch while traveling and it was amazing! It was clean and bright. The employees were friendly, courteous and smiling. The service was excellent and quick. The order was correct and the food hot and delicious.

Very impatient and rude, kept rushing us through our order and u could irritation in the cashiers voice. Asked for no cheese on my whoppers n got it anyway bc she said “they were already made” Also asked for 2 plain chicken sandwichs and only got one correctly. She needs to get out of hospitality and customer service if she cant talk to people correctly.
