Their technicians drive your truck like they have no regard to its safety. I was able to watch them move a few trucks in and out and cringed when it seemed they were going to crash into the wall or other vehicles multiple times.

Alamo is probably the best if not the best in Gold Coast truck shop and I’ll tell you one thing Slavco is the best mechanic and person too …… I know them 5-8 years ago but if I need something in this area it’s them…..

Cant give an honest rating right now they are trying to get my truck right its just frustrating its taking so long but thats the nature of trucking!!! This the third time its had to go back for same situation but they are doing the beat they can its an older truck and mechanic seems to be very keen on getting it right!!!!

My 2015 Volvo I got pre-owned and had some unforseen issues to appear and ALAMO not only made them disappear,they my VOLVO preform like a well certified pre-owned tractor(new to me). They also are fast and fixed anything that may or may not on your list of issues of concerns, done THE RIGHT WAY the 1st time. Thanks ALAMO for getting Me back out OTR with confidences. It is a good shop. The prices are fair. They have good proffesionals. The time that is needed to fix your truck depends on the complexity of truck problems. By the experience I had is average waiting time. I recommend this shop to drivers.
