I've been a patient of Dr. Lin's for 10+ years. During this time, I can truly say that Dr. Lin is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and really takes her time to listen to her patients. When I've needed an emergency call with her, she's made herself available after hours to reach back out to me. We work together as a team with her asking a lot of questions and carefully listening to my responses prior to making decisions regarding my health. Dr. Lin's approach is more centered around patient needs rather than moving the patient out the door without taking time out to show that she's sincere and compassionate about her chosen profession. I cannot say enough as to how much I appreciate her assistant Abbey. Abbey is really on the ball and compliments Dr. Lin well. When Abbey says she's going to call you back she does and does so with answers and directives per Dr. Lin - I love her upbeat personality and sprit. She's definitely someone I'm happy to see on staff at the Family Medical Center of Lagrange. ~Katreina

Their technicians drive your truck like they have no regard to its safety. I was able to watch them move a few trucks in and out and cringed when it seemed they were going to crash into the wall or other vehicles multiple times. ~Anthony

I like Trader Joe's. They have good variety and decent prices. I recommend taking your time looking at everything. I definetly recommend trying the beer and wine. Their staff are so nice and helpful! They have really great food! I love their selections of wine and liquor! Very reasonably priced. I always hear wonderful things about Trader Joe's. Now I know why! ~Diana

This is another unfavorable review about charges/billing at this location.. was billed for 2 late cancels in one evening. I had arrived <10 min late (5PM traffic and sometimes it’s hard to leave the office when planned, ya know), was turned away. Charged for the late class - fine. However, was then charged for a second cancel class at 7PM because I asked if I could shift my reservation (not realizing it was their intent to charge me AGAIN). Called a total of 3X to try to resolve, first 2 times was told I’d be refunded by a manager. Third time was told I had to eat the 2 charges. So I ended up paying for 2 services I didn’t receive, and paid for an add on course for the month so I could go to my usual location. My hot take - this is an extremely inflexible company that does not care to establish customer goodwill. If they had a decent cancellation policy (<8 hours) maybe they’d have fewer late arrivals? OTF Lá Grange will gladly take your money with a smile whether or not any service is rendered. Advice - be cautious with signing up as your credit card is on file. Shout out to the coaches, they are wonderful!!! ~Natalie

Vintage Charm and Little Charm are both fantastic! Not only do they have amazing clothes and accessories, but every person that works there is so kind. I walked in wearing my 5 month old and had so many employees chatting with him and making him smile as well as helping me in the process. I also went in to Little Charm with my 2.5 year old and the woman working sat and played with him in the little kid sitting area so I could look around. Amazingly attentive service without being pushy, and high quality clothing! ~Linda

This is the absolute worst Customer Service. Went there, because the 800 number told me I had to get the form from the Post Office that catered to our bulk mailing. Brought the letter and the woman who took care of the bulk mailing retired, no one knew anything about the form...never heard of it. Asked for Post Master Angel Rodriguez and he was "busy". Called back and he was busy again and someone (didn't get their name) told me that she had the form, asked if she could email or fax it, she told me she didn't have access to do that (which I knew was a lie because they had emailed me forms when we had the bulk mail service) I told her to overnight it, she said I had to pay for that... Which I disputed! Told her great customer service and that you people at the post office are terrible at giving it. This is why the Post office is not making money, and people are using alternative services such as UPS, FED Etc. Back in the day, the Post Office was great, I actually loved the Lagrange Post office, but now it's full of incompetence and lazy people. ~rose
