Very cute shop. I’ve been here three times now and this last visit was very different from my first two. It started off just as pleasant as before, but when I went to check out the lady, Diane helped change that. First, I was standing right in front of her and she didn’t even acknowledge me. She stepped aside after she helped the guest in front of me. The other woman who was working the registerer, she acknowledged me and asked if I was ready to check out. I replied yes and then that lady who ignored me, Diane, said, oh I can help her. I really wish the other woman would have because the rest of my experience today would have been delightful and I probably would have not thought twice of those few seconds with Diane in front of me. So then I handed Diane my items to purchase and she asked if any of them were gifts. I said yes, all of them. Then she rang up the earrings and said they don’t gift wrap sale items. I said okay, they should all be on sale. Then she rang them all up and said wow you’re getting a deal. But it wasn’t like a celebration like, hey awesome, good for you! It was more of an accusation. It’s hard to put into words. She had an arrogant, condescending tone. She was not pleasant with the way about her. Then I said, you asked if they were gifts and they are but that’s fine if you dont want to gift wrap them. Then she rudely and abruptly said “Ok”. That’s it. I would have imagined after bringing it up she would have done it anyway. I mean all I would think would be a nice gift box to put them in. That whole encounter with Diane, she was unpleasant and it made me uncomfortable. It’s a shame because everything is going for that boutique except for her.

Vintage Charm and Little Charm are both fantastic! Not only do they have amazing clothes and accessories, but every person that works there is so kind. I walked in wearing my 5 month old and had so many employees chatting with him and making him smile as well as helping me in the process. I also went in to Little Charm with my 2.5 year old and the woman working sat and played with him in the little kid sitting area so I could look around. Amazingly attentive service without being pushy, and high quality clothing!

Very nice sales people, great merchandise and trendy. Pricey but worth it as the merchandise is unique and well made. Great place to shop if you're looking for something different.

Very cute acessories! Colorful gifts, homewares, and clothes. Lots of good resin jewelry pieces and wonderful varieties of sun hats. My only reason for a three star is because this boutique doesn't carry beyond a size women's large. I love the styles here, but I can't fit anything.

Stumbled across this awesome shop when my husband was looking for the guitar store a few doors down. We are from out of town but can't wait to visit this shop again! Staff very friendly & the store & merchandise absolutely beautiful!

Horrible customer service. I owned something for three days. And the girls would not exchange it. Awful. And when I asked to speak with the owner, she was conveniently out of town. I will let my friends know not to buy from this store. Customer service is everything. So is social media. VINTAGE CHARM IS UNETHICAL AND THE WOMEN ARE RUDE BEYOND COMPARE VINTAGE
