We'll, it's Harbor Freight -- Chinese made tools at affordable prices -- one reason to keep up decent relations with China. Great place to buy occasional-use tools, equipment. Most I've ever spent, so far, was a little under $100 for a hammer drill. Needed to fasten mounting bolts into concrete. Worked fine for the dozen or so holes I had to drill. Don't know how long it might've actually lasted, over time. I've bought drill bits, tarps, electric drills, sockets... All delivered at least their cost value. There is a huge variety of merchandise. Just, it's not Makita, Snap-on, DeWalt territory.

Was able to find everything I needed and the employees were so helpful!! Had some good deals and reasonable prices!!! Will definitely be going back to stock up on all my tools!!

Nicest staff greeting I think I’ve ever had at a retail store, let alone a hardware store. Super helpful too. They have tons of equipment for half of what it costs elsewhere, often cheaper than even cheap eBay knock offs. I’ve never had one of their tools break and I use them heavily, so can’t complain about quality either.

Huge hassle to return certain items even within the 90 days. Won't shop at harbor freight again. Lost a valuable customer. I used to frequent a lot.

Pretty good place to find non-powered tools and other tiny items.If you need power tools don't buy them here, they have a great return policy but hard used power tools won't last long from this place. The store is clean and the staff is great on helping you find stuff

Today was my first time shopping at one of these stores. I was able to find a lot of things that I needed for a really good price. They made a customer account for me that I can use at any of their stores across the U.S.

Went to the store on Saturday 19 March 2022, I was looking for a 20 ton hydraulic bottle jack. There were none on the shelf, so I located an associate who stated ‘We are out of stock, “The truck will be here on Wednesday to restock” I returned on Wednesday 23 March 2022, no jacks on the shelf. So once again I find an associate who stated. “If there are none there, then we don’t have any.” Of course I mentioned what the associate told me on Saturday, upon which I was told “no one would of told you that, we never know what is going to be on the trucks” and proceeded to walk off. As it was almost 8:00pm,(closing time). I just went on home. I will probably just get one off of Amazon.
