The counter person was very very rude maybe they deal mostly with a plumbing contractor, I am not. I was able to find what I wanted there that I could not find at Home Depot or Lowe’s but with the rude treatment from the counter person I will never go there again.

I believe that we are talkin about the wholesale plumbing supplier, they are always helpful for me, I do not buy a lot of parts, it just seems to me that the cost of parts has gone up more than it should since the recession, anyway, you couldn't ask for A supplier to be any more helpful

If you run a business with this kind of customer service i don't know how long you will be here. I walked in and greeted the person behind the counter who only grunted, i then asked him some questions to which he didn't reply. He made no suggestions of how to help me or even where i could go. I left feeling very disappointed and like i had done something wrong. Appalling service...
