Went to pick up an order. I don't remember her name, but she is so kind. Whether you're returning a purchase, picking up an order, or whatever she ALWAYS treats you with the same kindness and respect. Her job isn't easy, but you would never know.

Haven't shopped in a JCPenney in years. Was pleasantly surprised at the sales and variety of things available for purchase. Will be back. The only problem is less check outs due to employee shortage and need more sign to inform you of departments location. Place is neat and orderly.

Went to the photo studio & it was great. We got there late because we got caught by a train. I called & they told me to come anyway. We were 10 minutes late & they apologized. They took us within 5 minutes. There were nine of us and the photographer was great with us. Love the pictures. The prices were reasonable.

I had not been to JCPenney in North Riverside in at least 3yrs. It used to be my favorite place to shop but the clothes was getting cheap... Not in price but I'm quality. Well I was on time crunch so I needed to find a summer dress for an engagement party. I came here since it's only 10 min away from home. Let me tell you it was terrible. First, the racks were so messy; hard to find a piece of garment. Second, the fitting rooms were so dirty and most of the lights were out. There was just no organization, then again, not much staff either. And lastly, the store was so hot inside and musty. It was nearly 90° outside so they definitely needed air conditioning inside. I will not be going back to this location.

I went to JCPenney NorthRiverside And The Associate Doris went above and beyond for helping me with a Catalog Order. I didn’t have my receipt,but she was able too find my order and help me understand the charges. My experience was Definitely worth going into the store for. I will coming back to shop again.

This is a picture of the women’s bathroom at this location. Every stall but two had an out of order sign. One out of the two working stalls was too dirty to walk into.
