I love CVS and the staff at this location are the best they're always in a great mood and always willing to help no matter how busy they may be.

Very bad service, I waited 10 minutes and no one at the register and I searched for someone and the lady who came took 5 more minutes and angry, she only put her card so that I could charge myself and she was in a very bad mood. I will not go there again, rude staff.

The pharmacy is very unprofessional the pharmacy tech name Haley is very unprofessional. The pharmacy deals with sick people and her negative body language does not help. The main pharmacist that was on duty at the time a young man was taking up for her. Did not even apologize for her negative actions. I will never ever return to this CVS and will not recommend it. All the pharmacy tech and pharmacist need customer service training. It already sad people are going through enough. By them being essential working they should understand. I will rate this pharmacy a -5 hand down. Haley need to be fired because you can not be in healthcare and don’t care about people . If you there for just the check you will never be successful and will continue to get ratings like this. Horrible experience…..

Every single time I go to north Riverside,IL store it's a waste of time. Most times money gram machine doesn't work. Shelves are mostly empty. I drove over with these high gas prices and not one I needed was there. It's a waste of my time and gas.

What happens when you have soulless entities working the drive thru? At the end of the transaction they just look at you, no thank you, just nothing.. They just stare at you with dead eyes... The Worst CVS ever!

Make sure to check grocery expiration dates as the staff appears to be too busy ignoring customers to bother to do their job. Not surprised to find items that expired 4 months ago. Will be sure to avoid this drugstore chain in the future.

It's a nice pit stop with better selections than most gas stations and most of everything else you need quickly. It's not meant to be a bargain dollar store its the same as walgreens, like a big store only more expensive but more efficient to get in and out. The lady that was working on Wednesday night is always in a great mood when I come in and makes shopping there much easier. The employees here have a lot to do and this stores rating and comments would be a lot better if the managers payed more attention to them.

Most of the front-line staff is very friendly and helpful at this location. The leadership is the problem we have been having with the store. Store submits auto refills for prescriptions whether you want it or not. Also, even if you request auto-fill be removed from your account it doesn't seem to matter. 5 times or more, all requests communicated to management and ignored. They call doctor's office for refill request and I have not made ANY! My doctor's office has begun to complaint about them as well. Spoke with both Manager and Assistant managers and NOTHING has been resolved. Another very annoying habit of their's is if you ask for district management contact information you will be told , "We don't give out that info, we will call the DM and they will call you." That has not happened, ever.

I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are all about but I felt the need to leave a positive one. Different employees have always greeted me when I walk in and are ready to assist me if I am looking for something. I live for the abundance of CVS coupons that I receive, and the cashiers have always been willing to help whenever I've had an issue applying one to my purchases. I love that this CVS has a wider variety of products, and I go out of my way to purchase my high-end $30 shampoo from here (I'm no longer from this area) because I can get it for cheap by stacking my coupons. The store is always clean and neat. Go and experience it for yourself. P.S. I also forgot to add that yes, they do go out of stock in certain items because remember it's a high traffic store. If that's the case, I simply take the survey that comes in my email after a purchase and note which item I didn't find and sure enough they end up getting it eventually.
