Usually no problems with this location but today when they ran out of a topping, an employee left a voicemail about it with an attitude and said they'd try calling back soon. They didn't even wait enough time for me to listen to the message. I then spam called them for 15 min with no one ever answering the phone. At some points I was transferred to random call centers, who just transferred me back to the store. When I arrived at the store their phone was not ringing at all. I told them their phone is not working and they were not surprised. When I tried to pay for my order, my app had glitched or something and left me still owing a few dollars.

The chili Wings were fresh and really good and the pizza was perfect this place is definitely a good spot to grab a quick dinner 🍽️

Food always good, front end lady, kinda snotty,didn't give or get her name, but the cook Ronnie was great, he was engaging very helpful, went over and beyond to be helpful.

Food is great but customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I ordered online and the payment glitched. My card was charged, but my order wasn't processed (unknown to me at the time). I called the location 6 times to find out if they got my order, but no one ever answered. The call center was less than helpful as well as I kept being blind transferred to people who never answered.

It's not the same as childhood.... this used to a favorite of mine. Not any more. The manager /cashier was as rude as possible. I will not ever return to a pizza hut because of this experience. We work to hard for our money and we spend it wisely... so with that said there are plenty of other businesses to support. Support them. Not pizza hut.

I ordered some food from this store and there was an older white guy with glasses brought my order to my job ( the Home Depot) was very rude and unprofessional for no reason, he made a smart comment under his breath an walked off. I contacted the store to express what happened. Will not be ordering delivery from this store if I have to deal with rude delivery drivers like that!

Very disappointed!! Im charged extra for double mushrooms and theres hardly ANY on it. In fact, we doubled up on thr other toppings too and those arent doubled up either. We ordered another pizza with normal amounts of toppings and it looks better than the pizza we doubled up on! We were also charged extra for our second pizza because we put different toppings on half of the pizza. These were not extra toppings they were just different than the left side! Guess we will just go back to Domino’s or Pizza Pipeline!!

Great location, the Customer service was good, the pizza was not so good, just bland and tasteless. I wanted to love Pizza Hut after only having it once as a kid I decided to give them another try. It's just not my thing. I won't be going back so I can't recommended!

In Surrey Square. Take out or delivery only. Pizza prepared as ordered. Associate asked if I wanted napkins and plates so that was nice.
