Best chicken wings restaurant in Norwood, Ohio (OH) 2024

Food is great but customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I ordered online and the payment glitched. My card was charged, but my order wasn't processed (unknown to me at the time). I called the location 6 times to find out if they got my order, but no one ever answered. The call center was less than helpful as well as I kept being blind transferred to people who never answered. ~Evan
