Absolutely the most unprofessional employees and managers. Service continues to get worse. But that's what happens when they stop testing for positions AND lower the pay. Quality and competence goes out the window.

Woman behind the counter was rude and not helpful at all. She told me I couldn't send an item with tracking because of the type of envelope. I later learned that I could have put that envelope in an Express Mail package and sent via Express Mail. The items being sent were very sensitive should have been tracked.

By far the worst customer service from the staff in this place. I had an appointment for my kid's passports. Both ladies at the front had the most disgusting attitude. For no reason! Kept asking the same questions over and over making the process super long and uncomfortable. Refused to see us because we were 15 minutes early and then spent 15 minutes making copies of one birth certificate. I will never again step foot in this place. Disgusting. Go anywhere else but this place. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager- Kenisha told me to go somewhere else and was acting as if she was going to fight me. Didn’t even bother to listen to us. Or read documents to see what time we had an appointment… nothing! Seriously? That’s who they have in a management role?! Disgusting! Do not go there!

Very stupid customer service! They just want to overcharge my money not help you mail something. I went there this morning. I have already paid my label on the website and I packed them really good everything is done. I was told I have to open and change a small bag. That is ridiculous. Don’t go there!

This is the absolute worst Customer Service. Went there, because the 800 number told me I had to get the form from the Post Office that catered to our bulk mailing. Brought the letter and the woman who took care of the bulk mailing retired, no one knew anything about the form...never heard of it. Asked for Post Master Angel Rodriguez and he was "busy". Called back and he was busy again and someone (didn't get their name) told me that she had the form, asked if she could email or fax it, she told me she didn't have access to do that (which I knew was a lie because they had emailed me forms when we had the bulk mail service) I told her to overnight it, she said I had to pay for that... Which I disputed! Told her great customer service and that you people at the post office are terrible at giving it. This is why the Post office is not making money, and people are using alternative services such as UPS, FED Etc. Back in the day, the Post Office was great, I actually loved the Lagrange Post office, but now it's full of incompetence and lazy people.

The mailman most likely delivered my very important piece of mail to a wrong address. It was scanned the next day as being returned to sender and I could not have it happen as it is a government piece of mail and to get a replacement probably would take months. Samantha was helpful over the phone and Kenneth looked everywhere in the building and could not find it. After I left the post office waiting there for quite some time I received a call 10 minutes later stating that it was brought back to them and I can pick it up. I was so happy that they pulled it through and finally found it. Helpful people.

Should actually be no stars. Rudest lady at the window . Went to the post office once before and it was still a horrible experience. Only reason I had to go is because they were the only one open till 3 o’clock in the area.I prefer the post office on 31St. staff there are excellent nice. But this La Grange post office is horrible Well it’s probably not the whole post office staff it’s the lady from hell that they hired and still keep after all these reviews

It should be -5. I was looking for a nearest postal office and found this one. I was surprised by the rating and number of reviews. Who does write the review for a postal office??? And here I come. I think the lady is getting a salary raise every time when this postal office gets one star review. Other vice, I cannot explain my experience. She makes sure that nobody comes again to this location. She is on a mission. I admire her consistency and persistency in being rude. She has a talent. It can be a place to experience in La Grange.
