this Walgreens will steal from you. check prices every time because they advertise one price but will ring up different. I got scammed so many times from them and they blame on tags being wrong every time.

I had the best customer service at the Lakemoor Walgreens Christmas Eve shopping for batteries for a watch I had purchased somewhere else as a gift. I asked Charles for help to find the battery I needed. There was only one on the shelf and I needed 2. He took it upon himself to open the watch (with his tool kit) to make sure the battery was correct and in doing so we confirmed I needed 2 batteries. I ended up leaving the watch with Charles and getting batteries at another location and came back to install the batteries in the watch. When I returned back to the store Melissa recognized me and paged him to continue giving me wonderful customer service. Charles promptly continued installing the batteries in the watch for me with the help of his team. This whole process took about a half hour of his undivided attention and he went above and beyond with his customer service. I truly appreciate good service as I have been in the field my entire life. Charles really exemplified this on a busy Christmas Eve morning with last minute shopping. Thank you Charles!!

The pharmacy is the best. They know which medications are covered under my insurance and go that extra mile to help the patient. The whole staff is just amazing. Amy, Sal, Steve, & Vic are great!

Drive through Pharmacy is soooooooo slow!! Always understaffed in that department. Every time that we go inside for grocery or whatever else, they are super nice, friendly, and quick, but every time we have to go to the drive thru, my wife and I always go in with the expectation that it will be a slow 20 minute ordeal. We even joke about that being our evening plans. Get it together with that drive thru y’all!

I've been coming here for 2-3 years regularly. For medications and other items- (Coffee, Milk & etc.). Everyone and I do really mean EVERYONE has been nothing but kind, helpful and energetic. Far better than Wauconda or Fox Lake was. (Island Lake has been pretty good.)
