Sent my father there to see a car and the team there really did a great job at taking care of my father. Julie is an amazing saleswoman and Sam the general manager really did a great job even down to the finance manager. My dad said it was the most pleasant car buying experience he’s ever had and I’m happy to hear that. Thank you guys, I really appreciate how you guys took care of him.

Scammy, gross place to work with. Never go there. They were the only place I could get the exact car I wanted, so I regrettably still bought from them. All the classic used car sales tactics. The salesman offered to take me to the ATM during my test drive so I could get cash to give him to which he'd "talk with the manager" and get me an even better deal. Also, 4 years later and even calling four times now to myself from all marketing mail, they still send me marketing materials. They've promised multiple times that they've removed all my data and will never even be able to contact me again if they wanted to. Here we are, yet another new marketing mailer.

I went to this dealership and met an awesome salesperson named Fabian. I was very much impressed with him and his honesty and down to earth approach. We finally negotiated and agreed upon a price for a 2019 Mazda 3 preferred; however the general manager, Sam Youngs, was the worst. He not only was arrogant but also disrespected me over the phone during the negotiation process by addressing me as “stingy”!! I decided right then and then not to give a single penny of my business to this dealership where the general manager himself is so rude and disrespectful! I felt bad for Fabian for not getting my business, but I am glad that I didn’t give my business to this dealership, solely due to Sam!

I only have experience with their service department, but it is phenomenal. Customer service is excellent. They are fast, friendly, efficient. As a female, auto places can often be an uncomfortable experience. So many times looked/talked down upon, taken advantage of, etc. Never the experience here. I always feel like they treat every customer equally, professionally, and respectfully. A special shout out to Jeff who is an incredible asset to Mazda and probably needs a raise!

Thank you so much for your help Julie Jones with servicing me with my purchased Mazda CX-9. I am extremely happy with my purchase the other day I learned another cool and helpful feature that I didn't know it had. This vechicle has given me all features I was looking for on the Range Rover but removing the pricetag. It has class and is elegant and it is by far the safest vechicle i have purchased. Thank you Mazda for creating this beauty for me....

After a long day of unpleasant car shopping, stopped in to Napleton Mazda and worked with Lorelei. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind and informative without being pushy. The encounter was night and day from everywhere else we had been. Even when I spoke with the manager, he was pleasant and straight forward. A completely different experience than anywhere else we shopped. Will definitely shop here again when we are in the market for another car!

Went in and was greeted by Ryan K. and was super friendly and willing to help out right from the get. Very knowledgeable about the Mazda3 trims and specs I was looking at. Was able to answer all my question and made the experience painless and seamless. Would shop again!

Watch out for inflated prices!!! I want to trust that a Mazda dealer has my best interest for my Mazda, but at some point their charges become excess. They had my car for less than 3 hours, and their hourly labor rate is $170, yet they charged me over $800 for labor. I spoke with the service manager (Jeff) and the general manager (Sam) yet no change. It’s hard to support a business model like that.

Hadn't stepped into a dealership in over 14 years but our salesperson, Tom G, was very knowledgeable and comforting. He made sure all our questions were answered and he took care of us the entire way. The wife and I were especially impressed with Tom's explanation of all the CX-5's features during the test drive. Casey, the financial officer, was patient with us as we read through all the paperwork and worked with us to get our monthly payments to something that fit our budget. Heather was great at following up with us and making sure everything was going well. Jeff and Julia in service were also very friendly and the little service job was completed quickly. Overall a fantastic experience!

I went by on a whim on a Saturday to look at the Cx5 and ended up spending several hours at the dealership with a wonderful team of individuals that worked with me to get me the best deal possible on a beautiful car! They gave me an excellent value on my trade in, which was a very important car to me and I know it will be taken care of. Marlin was my sales associate and was even so kind as to extend her personal contact information to me if I had any trouble or questions as I’m new to the area from out of state. First experience buying with Mazda and I’m not sure I’ll ever go anywhere else!
