The office staff was extremely nice and explained everything in detail. As promised they were able to fit me in for a oil change the same day. I picked up my car at 4:40pm. They did a good job changing the oil, no drips on the motor of anything. They also checked my brakes and my tire wearability. Service: Oil change

I have used this shop for other repairs, this time was just an oil change. But I knew I could count on them to perform an inspection....I was just in a fairly major car accident and the car was repaired at another shop. Pit Shop discovered that a tie rod needed to be serviced. Thankfully, I was able to go back to the shop that did the repair to have this fixed. Thank you Pit Shop for finding this! Their business model is definitely a step above the normal. Their write up of the status of the service and the state of my car was very good. The extras left me pleased and surprised. Very clean comfortable waiting room. Took the time to make sure I understood the problem with my vehicle. Then threw in a bag of cookies when finished. Unusual but it left me and my children with smiles. Good marketing!
