Jeremiah and Eddie are amazing!!! They got me into the vehicle of my dreams at the payments I needed which no other dealer around was able to accomplish for me. I got more than what I asked for my trade which blew my mind as I had purchased my previous vehicle just a year ago from a Kunes dealer and those dealerships are so awful to deal with that I traded my vehicle just so I wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore and was willing to lose money just to be done with them!!! This by far was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle and this is I felt like a friend not a customer with the way I was treated! Hadn't stepped into a dealership in over 14 years but our salesperson, Tom G, was very knowledgeable and comforting. He made sure all our questions were answered and he took care of us the entire way. The wife and I were especially impressed with Tom's explanation of all the CX-5's features during the test drive. Casey, the financial officer, was patient with us as we read through all the paperwork and worked with us to get our monthly payments to something that fit our budget. Heather was great at following up with us and making sure everything was going well. Jeff and Julia in service were also very friendly and the little service job was completed quickly. I have brought at least my last 3 vehicles here. Manny is an angel and he’s always fair. He genuinely wants to help get your car in good working order and isn’t in it to overcharge. He can work with you so you can drive safely on a budget and he can keep old cars that need lots of love working well. I would trust him with my luxury car or my old junker just the same, and every time I come in I am reminded that I don’t have to be on constant guard because he’s going to do a great job at a fair price. He’s quick too! The shop is always clean and though there’s not lots of seating or bells and whistles it is comfortable and nice, and it’s also very close to downtown libertyville so if it’s nice you can walk and get food or shop. Jon and team at Tri Power Automotive are the best. Very knowledgeable, honest, and fair pricing for all the work they do... from small to large fixes on my 71 GTO Convertible to complete frame up restorations. Recently, I was concerned about driving the GTO for a longer distance trip (over heating) and called Jon from the road. He actually knew of another restoration shop near the area I was in. Jon told me to go there and ask them to put an infrared temp gun on the block/thermostat to make sure my gauge was accurate. Sure enough, my (aftermarket) gauge was reading 20 degrees higher than the actual temp. They put a new radiator cap on (which was leaking) and I made the trip with no overheating - nice! Looking at getting a second muscle car - and I will be working closely with Tri Power to bring that car to life! Meanwhile, my GTO is in good (the best) hands now. ~Dan

On January 6, 2019, I went in to T-mobile in Libertyville, I had good service with Ruben. I purchased a prepaid phone for my elderly mother it wasn't available at the store and they had to get the phone from another store. I had to return to the store but Ruben had left for the day and I let another sale associate assist me. Needless to say that was a mistake, she kept saying something was wrong with their system. She said their system did not recognize my first credit card so I gave her another credit card. She then said something was wrong with their system and asked for me to come back the next day. I went back the following day and PAID CASH and spoke to Ruben who was extremely helpful. I checked both credit cards that were used and had over $900 of charges from T-Mobile. To make a long story short, Ruben referred me to the T-Mobile District Manager who never contacted me. On March 21, 2019, I contacted the T-Mobile District Manager by email and he was apologetic and informed me that he was going to expedite my refund. I was able to cancel the charges on 1 of my credit cards. On April 2, 2019, I sent the District Manager an email asking for the status and he told me that he was waiting on a follow up email and that he had just sent an email to check the status. I never heard from the District Manager so I sent him another email on April 12, 2019 and he HAS NOT RESPONDED to my email. I caution you that when you use your credit card in this store and the sales rep tell you the card did not take, please do not let them continue to run your credit card. As a retired Military Veteran, I went to T-mobile because of their military discounts, but needless to say I wish I would have stayed with my previous provider. It's been almost 4 months and my $352.90 has not been refunded. ~Theodore

We rented a Tesla, drove by at 7 am and no Tesla was on the lot. Came in at 10 am and were told that our car went out at 9 am… Sorry! What good is a reservation for a car, getting a reservation number and thinking that the car is waiting for you… When they either never had it or worse gave it away. I’ll tell you what good it is, they expect you to be put in a position where you need a car and you will rent whatever they have on the lot! It is a complete scam and should be illegal. We asked how can we guarantee that we rent a Tesla and will get a Tesla on the day that we rent it for even if it’s two weeks out and the girl said I don’t know I can’t guarantee you anything ! ~Daniel

Went to go pump gas here and I regret it til this day. The pump didn’t work correctly and as I was filling my truck it didn’t stop like it should when it’s full and it all spilled out onto my truck and concrete. I spoke with the attendant, he said to contact customer service which I did. They promised to reimburse me but it’s been a year and still haven’t seen a dime. Terrible customer service and response time. ~Cez
