Issues every single time with this Walgreens! Today both drive-thru lines 6-8 cars deep. Finally get to the window and they can only take cash and "maybe by tonight will have it fixed". ?! Were they going to let anyone know? "We have signs on the window" okay that doesn't help the people currently waiting in line! Also other issues of giving wrong script, being closed when scheduled to be opened. Terrible.

I was sent there with perscription from a provider and was given no instructions when to take it and even though the pharmacist was overwhelmed with work he came to my help and made sure why I was receiving the medication and because of him he saved me from an overwhelming dose of antibiotic. Thank you Jack.

I have hesitated changing pharmacies because of the ripple it causes with multiple Dr offices. But, I can't deal with these people anymore. I have gotten wrong prescriptions, unfilled scripts, delayed meds- no calls. And the thing is they pharmacy staff also seems annoyed by my inquiries. Sorry I bothered you - but no more. I'm out.

One of the worst run stores in the area. Rebate printer NEVER seems to work and they offer to give a store credit instead of rebate MONEY. Usually out of most sale items and the pharmacy speaks for itself.

This area has simply outgrown this Walgreen's. The pharmacy problems are NOT the fault of the employees. I've been going here a looooong time. There's not enough staff or enough room. The employees take all the abuse while corporate is the only entity who can fix things. Complain to corporate that the facility should be expanded with more staff. See if they're up to the challenge. Just remember, the staff behind the counter, they are you and me. They're being ground down under too heavy a workload like so many of us do and have experienced. They're our neighbors, k? This pharmacy is terrible. I've been trying to get a script filled for over a week now. I've had to tell them to fill it twice now since it's not covered by insurance, and It's been out of stock two times. I'm more than understanding that they are busy and I'm not the only customer, but this is a medication, not a joke. Other scripts I have dropped off have taken over 24 hours to fill, where as other locations only take 2 hours.

The pharmacy needs better reps with customer service skills. Ahmed, the person that helped me, kept yelling at me saying she couldn’t hear me. I know we have masks on and the shield divides us, but I could hear her. She kept shouting at me. I almost just walked away but I needed the flu shot for work. If you have other options for any pharmacy services, take any other option; go anywhere else.

this is on of my favorite walgreens in my opinion. They have a lot of candies for me to choose from and they have squishmallow sized soaps and stufff just for me😮. I even got my vassine here and they gave me a special chair to sit in that was so comfy and all mine.

This Walgreens has the worst Pharmacy I've ever experienced the people are rude and have no customer service skills. I went to pick up my prescription when I got there I was told it was not ready I'll be ready in 10 minutes she said 45 minutes later still not ready I got a text saying my prescription is ready I tried to tell the pharmacist they tell me I need to go back in line which was 10 people deep after waiting 45 minutes already. Long story short hour and 20 minutes later I finally got my prescription.

The main reason I go to Walgreens is for the photo department. Disposable cameras have been taking longer to develop lately but I understand there's probably delays due to covid. I used to use this pharmacy (but insurance changed) and never had any problems but recently had a bit of confusion about a vaccine. Staff was friendly and helpful though.
