I don't know why they closed the Lemont CVS but I was forced To use the Lockport location . The 5 times that I've had interaction at this location have been the longest waiting times in the drive-through. So then I go into The counter to avoid the drive-through and the clerk counter got very ignorant with me. I suppose I'll just go to Walgreens from now on

The CVS minute clinic nurse was absolutely unhelpful, and worthless, as was the pharmacy staff. I scheduled an appointment for a rapid test, waited 5 minutes at the booth, only for nobody to be in there. I try the drive thru, they tell me now I have to check in at the front, inside the store where I could be exposing more people. So why the hell even have the booth outside still? Nurse refused to take me. Should outline the policy more clearly when scheduling, hire a different nurse.

The best CVS I’ve ever been to. Well maintained inside and out, great service. This should be considered a flag ship store as an example to other CVS locations this location is perfection and I’m lucky enough to have this location so close to home.

ZERO Stars. Good riddance CVS!! Lockport Pharmacists/techs think they can override a surgeon’s prescription for patients. Not okay to say no to an approved prescription and then after us informing pharmacist patient was just discharged from hospital and Needs prescriptions they decide to only refill half of approved prescription! Tell us they are only approving 1 week with no explanation. Then trying to refill the ‘1’ refill left since They held back half of medication they have the nerve to tell us Dr must approve it Again!!! Really!! No half of the original prescription was already Fully approved a week ago! 🤬Not another penny will ever be spent in CVS after this unbelievable experience!

Store does not have online pickup. Apparently it's too hard to roll out to all their stores in the 21st century. Hey if we lived in California we be good though.

I hate how slow this place is I don't understand how they can take longer then a place that sells food if this wasn't so close to me I would not go here

Mask police for women only. My wife was there today to pick up a prescription. She went in without a mask and was stopped at the door by an older gentleman (lol). He told her she couldn't be in the store without a mask on. She returned to our truck to put her mask on. When she went back inside the cvs employee who stopped her earlier found her and this time harassed her as she walked around the store about the fitment of her mask threatening to call the police. Told her she had to leave and was never allowed back. Which is fine there are other stores besides CVS. The kicker is however as she was leaving a male customer had just entered. Of course the same CVS employee immediately stopped the male customer. However he told this man next time he visited the store he would need to wear a mask. All I can gather is CVS employees must be trained to discriminate against female customers even after they try to comply. Completely inappropriate behavior from an employee.

Don't trust these GPS to why you here idk what going on but starting to lose faith on this company, I am a SHEEP I follow my G Maps religiously but all the headaches I had after a doc visit this made it worse wrong locationthen I get there after being told NO from Walgreens your insurance doesn't cover unless here you have a have to go to CVS, , only TODAY get there and told by pharmacy that they are super busy AND WOULD I MIND COMING BACK IN 2 days GPS is not accurate, It will take you to a residential neighbourhood to get to the actual CVS store continue on division till you get to Ferrell Rd. All other info is accurate

The NP for the covid test was not patient, caring or really concerned about how nervous I was. Instead of being calm, she was quite the opposite-setting my heart rate through the roof.
