Sat in line to have the people who arrived after me on drive through be acknowledged first. Teller referred to them by their names so clearly they were more important than whatever business I had.

Careful depositing a check here. Instead of putting money in your account it’ll end up deducting it until it processes. Then after they acknowledge it was a bank error the only option is to come in for cash until the error is corrected days later. Even the corporate people I talked to couldn’t understand how they messed up that bad.

This bank is one of the worst bank I have been with I have a business and wanted a card machine and it took 15 days to come and it took 5 days to set up and at the end it didn’t work and then called the manger and she wouldn’t help at all this is one of the worst bank I have ever been to.

I'm glad you're a great bank for customers and employees but unfortunately your employees are not great in return for the financial institution, I call the 4 different phone numbers that each one of your CSRs proceeds to give me saying this is the number you have to call for the hardship department and I proceed to call each one and get the wrong department, one of the last ones gives me the number for the employee line just to get me off the phone...wonderful to hear the entire menu about employee 401k, retirement or pensions, human resources. All I wanted was to talk to someone to help me through this financial hardship the way Capital One does for their credit card customers and on the first call, this is why when it comes to credit cards Capital One and Discover are the best in my book. A big round of applause for your CSRs accomplishing nothing for your customers, I'm glad I wasn't on a ledge due to financial problems because after calling your customer service department I surely would've jumped.

Dumb to have a teller in the same lane as the atm. I just want to get cash quickly not wait behind someone doing multiple transactions. Not to mention waiting in line causes me to be in the street because it is a poor location.

I came in here to cash a check from my best friend and they treated us both like we was a criminal. The bank manager nicholas Nelson treated us absolutely horrible. This man had me in tears making me feel like a criminal. Shame on him.

Don’t deposit checks via ATM.. they will make $200 dollars available initially.. and then 10 min later their fraud department will put a hold on the full amount of the check for a week which will put your account negative(if you spend some of the initial 200 dollars that was made available).. when you call to complain you will be told there is nothing they can do to release the full hold or the initial 200 dollars (or what was left over if you spend some of it) because it’s just a “courtesy” and it’s not required that anything be made available at all.
