Cluttered!!! Employees are so rude. An employee was on a personal phone call and couldn't be bothered to help me or another customer. She walked right past us without replying at all while she decides what color balloons some kid would want for his bday. So...I went to Walgreens and got everything I needed from friendly employees.

If I could give this store a -5 I would. First of all the ppl that work there are rude as hell!! They don't speak to you, never say thank you, act like you are interfering them when your trying to check out.. The shelves are always empty, but yet there's always 5+ rolltainers on the sales floor needing to b put up. The manager is constantly complaining about hiw she hates her job in front of customers. It's always in disarray. I could go on and on. They all need to b fired and replaced with ppl that can do the job

I stopped in on Christmas Eve for some last-minute items. Stephanie was at the counter. She greeted me and my kids with a huge smile and Christmas cheer.

This store is always out of stock for what I went to get. It's cluttered and you can't get around. It would be very difficult to do anything if you were in a wheelchair. Tried to contact management via email about the issues and didn't get a response.

I usually love Dollar General. However the store in Mahomet has many problems. Including prices are often incorrect and coupons are not validated at this store. Plus the aisles often contain boxes and carts. Since management had changed the store has really poor customer service.

Dollar general....WOW !!!! WE HERE IN MAHOMET LOVE THE DOLLAR STORE...But it NEEDS HELP !!!! The new manager walked out today.Thar lasted about 3 days.He made it clear from day one he didn't care about the store?? Who hires these people?? They have a couple of people that are their that are the best.But they won't stay long either I GUESS I'F YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THE STORE WHY SHOULD ANYONE ELSE?? NEED TO LET LOOSE OF SOME MONEY AND GET SOMEONE TO RUN THIS STORE !!!!!!!

Sadly you have to put a star for this place. What else to say other than RUDE!! How do you expect to keep a customer when several people wait in line to get service and your employee stands there looking at you and walks past you several times, then after 10 minutes goes to the back walking like there are no cares in the world. Then has to say I can’t help you because I can’t use someone else’s register. You ma’am should be fired. At least tell me and the other gentalmen I am so sorry I’ll be right with you or get someone who can. I will NEVER be back!!

The 3 stars is due to product cluttered aisles,. Looks like the truck came in and they didnt schedule enough people. The employees were helpful and kind.

It was cluttered.I heard some talk about inventory time. The isles are very narrow. Nice service and found everything I was looking for. Convenient store. Of course I will return.

Staff tries to help you find stuff. Most of the time thought they will not have basic items. I went for fly paper and couldn't even get a fly swatter here. There was one cashier on duty who was trying to stock as well. She seemed pretty new and bless her for doing her best. Place is always blocked by stocking carts that never get stocked and shelves always look trashed.
