The employees that are out on the floor are always welcoming and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Wish I could say the same about the rude older women that are at the checkout counter... sorry but WOW!

I always buy my loose nuts, bolts, and screws here. Why buy 100, when all you need is 30? Staff is very friendly and always willing to help with what you need. And it's clean, which always makes for a better shopping experience.

It's a nice clean organized store, the employees seem knowledgeable and friendly. When I frequent I usually find what I am looking for. My only issue is competitive pricing on common merchandise. Sometimes they have better pricing on uncommon things, Or personal preference selection. But then they have more expensive pricing on common use items. I try to frequent it as much as possible just to support the business. Because the employees are knowledgeable friendly it's organized and clean and I appreciate it. Honestly sometimes more expensive is worth avoiding North Prospect area just being honest.

Great for quick trips when I dont want to leave town. Service is always helpful, but not always knowledgeable in the paint department. If you know what you need, and want a local trip for your supplies, this will generally suit your needs. I'm willing to pay the slightly higher prices to stay local.
