Got emergency wisdom teeth removal and it ended around 1030 went to this walgreens straight after and they told me my prescription would be ready by 1230 so I came at 1230 and im still waiting it's 1 and I'm in excruciating pain and all they're doing is staring at me instead of filling my prescription

The young kid working in the pharmacy in the evening on 6-17 needs to be terminated for the way he speaks and argues with a customers. Shameful.

I realized late that I was low on my daughters formula while visiting with my sister. I looked at all nearby Walgreens’, and this location was the only location that had it in stock and was open 24 hours. PERFECT! I could swing by on my way home. I placed an order for pickup after specifically calling the store to ensure they did curbside pickup regardless of what of day it was, as I was unsure of what time I’d actually get to the store. I was told that yes, I could place the order for curbside, but that it might just take longer due to only one individual working the orders. No problem. Order placed and about 10 minutes later was ready. I arrived around 11:45pm. When I opened the email, it told me that I had to go into the store to the photo counter, a complete contradiction to what I was told when I called the store. I explained that I had my two kids in the car with me, and they had fallen asleep on the ride. The individual who does the online orders ran my order out to me, and explained that they no longer come outside after 9pm. I felt awful, but am so thankful that they made an exception for me (especially when I did not plan to be without formula it just happened to be the case). I thanked him, and he told me that not all store associates know that they stop running curbside at a certain time which is why I received the wrong information. I thanked this person, whose name I did not get unfortunately. Even though I’m upset that I did not receive the right information causing them to go against their policy, I am entirely grateful that they were able to run my order out to me so I didn’t have to wake up my sleeping babies to run inside the store to grab the order. And despite everything, the customer service I received both in person and on the phone were exceptional! Thank you to these employees for continuing to provide such amazing service (especially to the exhausted moms who often make mistakes of their own!).

Yes the store is a busy store! But they do fine seeing how busy they are. The people that give low ratings are usually people wanting their prescriptions filled early. This happens alot, especially with narcotic prescriptions. I always thought the pharmacy was very professional, especially with how busy they are. Quit trying to get your prescriptions filled early, it is not going to happen.

My Husband Had a Booster Shot scheduled for 12/19 Kayla I believe her name is & the Pharmacist notice he put pm instead of am for his Shot he scheduled online they said we can do his Shot Thank you so much for letting him receive it!!! Thank you & Merry Christmas!!!

Awful pharmacist's. Minis probably 2. Horrible staff. Rude. Judgmental. Just the worst Walgreen's I've ever been to. The city ones are even better!

Worst experience anywhere. Rudest staff members. Longest wait lines. Very rarely are prescription ready when they say they are. Refuse to do their job. Been here way too many times and have this opinion every time. 2.8 rating is way to high for this location. 1 star is generous. More like -5 stars would be more appropriate. Not sure how Walgreens hadn’t fired every member in the pharmacy.

Worst service I have seen - had a confirmed appointment for a flu shot a week before the appointment. Called a few times to ensure everything was on schedule, was assured it was. 15 mts before the appointment, I was told they had no flu shots. Why give out appointments if you have no flu shots ?

The slowest KFC in the world is next door & they had 8 cars go through their drive thru before walgreens got 1 out of theirs! If its life or death WARNING, don't go there!! They REALLY NEED TO STEP UP!!

I appreciate having this Walgreens here 24/7. Been shopping there for years. No matter what shift I worked I could stop in and get what I needed. Always well stocked, clean store and friendly staff. Pharmacy has made sure my Rx is ready ASAP.
