FREE tire rotation but wait FOREVER (After waiting 2 hours and still waiting and waiting again)

Came in for a tire check on 5/16 with my 89 y/o father. Although we did have an appointment they squeezed us in early so my dad didn’t have to wait long. Gave him some cool bottle water and then pulled up front so he didn’t have to walk too far. A lesson in customer service and awareness.

Don't recommend this tire center. I had a bad experience with it. I made an appointment for tire repair but the only thing that they did to change cap from a grey to a green one on the wheel. The guy on the desk didn't even ask what was the problem with the tire. The tire still deflates after visit of this center.

Because they haven’t been responsible and do not take care of my needs few times - tire center Mount Prospect , I went to Schaumburg and always experienced a great service there! Thank you Schaumburg Tire Center team- 5 ⭐️

Very very bad service for such a store that positions itself as the best 👎👎👎 An employee who does not serve me and say the price of tires said… My tires do not have and will mature in two weeks and I just needed information about the price !!! I don't know why such a store will recruit such uneducated workers ???

Excellent experience. I had ordered tires online for an amazing price and was able to get them installed on date of arrival. Whole process took about an hour. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience today at the tire center with Marco. I needed a tire they did not stock but he went above and beyond to assist me. He was kind and concerned about my problem and went out of his way to help me. Keep up the good work and thanks to Marco.

I've always had great service here - the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and safety conscious. Yes, the wait is sometimes long, but the service is thorough and professional. I advise everyone to get their tires here!

Bought all my tires (Michelin) at Costco and unfortunately had a few repairs done as well. Service has always been reasonably quick but today I decided to write a good review. Why? Brought a car in today with a flat tire after I had stood out in the rain and changed the tire to the spare. I left a mess in the vehicle after pulling the spare out and as I walked back to the car wondered if they would have put the spare back and all the tools away. They did which was a nice surprise so I am writing this good review! Thanks guys! Sometimes it's the little things!

First time I go there to fix a flat tire. I waited a couple hours to find out that they won't repair the tire because it was too damaged. Of course they want to sell me new tires, but then it turned out the didn't stock my tire size. I drove home on the spare tire i arrived with. They told me if I get my own tires, they'll mount and balance. Fast forward a month or two, I bought a set of new tires. I take them in, and wait five hours, only to be told that they won't mount the tires because the wheels are not oem. I'm never returning, and possibly canceling my costco membership.
