This Naperville location has some of the most ignorant and incompetent people I have ever worked with in my life. I am switching my car loan to a different bank and closing off my accounts immediately. The workers can not read or interpret a ledger but somehow they are able to work at a bank. I was told that since Drew withdrew money from my account without authorization he's not wrong and I am. Do yourself a favor a bank with a credit union somewhere else, you will regret banking here and constantly your money will moved around and taken.

Banked here for years. Was forced to bank somewhere else due to covid restrictions. Now I'm unable to bank here WITH a mask. I'm not vaccinated and now am unable to use this facility with a mask. What a joke...

Was a member for 30 years, but just cancelled all my accounts with them. In the past couple years I've had different issues, and called all the numbers that they have online and was never able to get ahold of any person through any phone menu option at all. I just got cycled through menu options till it hung up on me, regardless of the number I tried. I then tried 'contact me' though the website, and I also found email addresses online - again, never got any response from anything I tried. The website portal is terrible and glitchy as well. Honestly this has been the worst customer service I've never had with a company. They had my money and made themselves 100% unavailable for any type of contact other than in-person. Went in today to talk to them in person - sign on the door that NO MASKS ALLOWED. I'm extremely high risk and need to wear a mask and they fought with me about it, even though I offered to show my full face and ID clearly to the camera. Honestly, it's a huge relief not to work with them anymore. I don't love big banks, but at least they don't hold your money hostage and block all means of contacting them.

With covid going on its been hard for alot of people including me. Their kindness and personality really do give a human element to the transactions thank you for your work stay safe and I do highly reccomend banking with illiana.

They give a loan with little credit.However the hidden fees late charges and hidden fees are really not worth it.Very inconvenient ways to pay.You have to drive over an hour and the app isn’t capable of functioning unless you call and set it up first.During the pandemic this was one of my major issues.

I've been with Illiana since 1994. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I love that its not a big bank. I've gotten several loans at amazing rates. It is a little out of the way but they make it convenient for you to do phone transactions. I have no complaints. I will continue with them for life.

PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH THIS PLACE. Its so many things wrong with it. Google wont let me express everything. Your account will be messed up with fees and you will not get help from the rude staff at the 3 locations. The online system is garbage also.
