The customer service was horrible. I went to buy an outfit for my brothers b day and we are here from out of town. They sold me 2 right shoes. So i cane back way before closing time but H&M was the only store closed. Explained the situation and they still didnt help me out and i leave back out for home in the am. Totally unacceptable the manager was no help so now I have to keep 2 right shoes. This is a disgrace to customer service

The person who checked me out was very nice, they were helping out im guessing a newer worker so they weren’t fully paying attention im guessing because I got double charged for an item. Disappointed I didn’t check my receipt until I got home because now I have to go back to the mall and hope that they’ll give me a refund for something I didn’t purchase. Otherwise that, every worker seemed nice and provided great service. Update: I came in and it wasn’t an issue at all for them to give me the refund, they were nice about it. I think all the workers seem very helpful and nice!

Stopped in this store for the first time in years today. It was also my first time back in the mall since the start of the pandemic. I went in because I knew they had a jacket I previously purchased online in another color I wanted. Thought I'd be in and out but I was so surprised at how nice this location is now. I believe they remodeled since the last time I was here and maybe did more improvements since the lockdown last year. The store is so open, clean and organized. I loved the selection and spent more time in there looking at other items than I thought I would. Store associates keep to themselves and their work (not pushy into helping or buying things) but they're also super friendly. I'm very impressed and now I definitely want to go back.

Went in to make a return and felt as if it was going to be a difficult task. The cashier made the process extremely easy and walked out in just a couple minutes. Fantastic staff.

The worst! Accused me of swapping tags though I had receipts for all my merchandise. Gracie the manager saw what I had paid for and was more humane. I will travel downtown to H&M where they treat people with money to spend with respect. 👎😡🤬 i had to choose one star. They deserve none.

Very kind staff! Although while checking out we had some issues with our card going through. Fortunately, the lady was very nice and patient with us and the card reader. We did have to use another card in order to purchase, so maybe always bring a backup form of payment. She told us it happens a lot so hopefully it's replaced. Overall, good experience, kind staff, and great deals!
