I want to first state that this is My Walgreens, and that I’ve gotten to know almost the entire Pharmacy Staff, due to being a very frequent customer. I’ve had nothing but Excellent Customer Service there, and Never had a problem in any of my many many visits. Last night, I had a particular staff member help me with an issue that required extra effort and empathy, and he did so courteously. And it was his first day at this location! His name is Chris, and he is a great addition to an already top notch staff there! Keep up the great work, All of You!

Asked for help in camera department. She handed me the cord to plug into the computer and left! Never saw her again. I left the store. Horrible experience.

They put screens on the cooler doors. You have no idea what's inside of them until you open it because the adds cover the screen until you touch the handle. Just go to the CVS up the street and get better service and no nonsense.

Pharmacy customer services are depreciating by the day. A few of the pharma techs are nice to talk to. There is usually less staff on duty to handle a load of work. They almost never pick up the phone. I have to drive out to the store for any question. The entire staff has a tendency to act as if they are doing you a favor. I mean I felt as if the technician had the copy rights to the meds and was doing a favor by selling them to me or as if I was not paying them for the meds and they were given for free. They just like to act that way. I ignore them, thinking behaviors like this start at the top and I m sure the work culture provided is not great.

I print out my family pictures online at walgreen website and pick up at store .I need it because my kids “star student of the week” but they didn’t accept it because they need the form from professional photographer to release the pics,it doesn’t make any sense.The pictures has been taken years ago,How can we find the photographer.some of the pictures we take it overseAs,and some of them from Texas.Simple things,they make it so complicated.they simple throw away the pictures already print out,What a waste!Bye walgreen

If you like attitude with your photo pickup this is the place to go to. I got sent off with a shopping list from my wife. One of the items to pickup an online photo order sent to this Walgreens. The order ended up being in my wife's maiden name and I got attitude the whole time the associate was looking for the order until she finally asked for the phone number to look up the order. No patience or understanding. Just complained how much harder it makes her job when a household doesn't use one name to put order under.

Very good service at this location. I have always come here for my pharmacy needs and yes they can get very busy at times but the people who work here are quick, precise, and safety is the reason they must not rush through too fast. And I appreciate all that they do. Thanks for being there for me and my kids.

Came to get some OTC medicine for sinuses. Asked the pharmacist for some advice as to what OTC medications I could take that wouldn’t interact with my prescription medications as some sinus medication can increase heart rate... I know this much... waited for a consultation from the pharmasist who is about in her middle to late 30’s and asked her for help. She was rude, condensending and demeaning. She told me nothing will work only an antibiotic. I told her my dr won’t prescribe an antibiotic until 10 days out and she said well then I don’t know what to tell you. I asked her again and she gave me a look and wouldn’t respond back just stared at me. Look everyone has a bad day but she needs some customer training / bed side manners training. She was rude from the moment that I asked for help.

I came here after calling various Walgreen's after searching endlessly for a Walgreen's that had all of the vaccines I needed for school. Thankfully, this Walgreen's was the only one nearby that had all of what I needed. I came without an appointment and there was only one pharmacist. the pharmacy was extremely busy. I waited a little while and finally was able to receive my vaccines. The pharmacist was very apologetic about my wait which i assured her I understand, I also work in the medical field. She was very sweet and made sure everything was correct. I appreciate how hard she was working and made sure I had what i needed.
