Went thru drive up. It was busy, but went thru line quickly. Received my food as well as a kids meal. Forgot to tell them up on ordering I wanted the Halloween promotion of a pumpkin pail. I told the person at the first window that I needed the pail, by the time I reached the second window it was there with the kids meal in the pail and my food. Second window made sure to ask if it was my order. Everything was correct. My McRib was wonderful. Glad they were back again!

I think they should change the oil they use for the potatoes more often, the customer service is not good since one speaks on the dataphone and they do not answer or do not listen or are doing something else. Went in today like I normally do to get large iced coffee and the ice coffee machine was down. Asked to speak to a manager because it was an inconvenience that the machine wasn't working so I figured they let me use my app to pay for a drink and they could swap it for another. Manager told me their was nothing they could do about the machine and refused to give me a complimentary drink and I'm a regular. Rude. Unreasonable and nasty attitude from Ramon..I will be calling corporate to complain. Whatever happened to customer service on a easy fix. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

Great service be going here my whole life!! Great Manager as well!! He handled the rowdy teenagers that come there after school every day very well too . He was talking hanging out with them asking if they start in football . The guy deserves a raise !! It would be utter chaos if someone else had tried to do his job . I know that from experience being one of those same kids years ago . Definitely recommend this McDonald’s

It's McDonald's the foods never that great it tastes like it's been sitting there all day the foods never fresh and it's overpriced and mediocre at best but the staff at the Rock Island one is always generally nice

Easy drive through with no problems. Stopped to get the grandchild a quick easy meal while out running errands. Prices have definitely gone up, but that is everywhere! Kid-friendliness: Quick easy meal for the grandkid!

Great place for a quick stop for food. I had to stop here for food because it was the closest and most known place for me at this time. I had visited this place before and I always come back here whenever I have business to do here in Rock Island IL. To me this McDonald's seems to have a well deserved 5 star review. The staff here are helpful and seem to always be in a good mood. Also the environment is very clean for an enjoyable time. People come in and go and this place handles it very well. The deals of food here is great too because there is a lot of options. What I had was a Mchicken, large fries, large coke, and a plain sundae. The food was amazing and it sure did fill me up for the next few hours. Also I have noticed that one of the managers here is amazing and like to have a personal one on one conversation with the people, especially with the elderly. Will definitely come back to this place whenever I have business out here. That is why I am giving this McDonald's in Rock Island IL a five star review.
