We were told that we couldn't get ice water in the drive-thru unless we ordered something else. We would need to park and come in if we only wanted ice water. That situation rates a D- for customer care and appreciation.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! If I could give less than one star I would.. I went here at about 11 o'clock at night and ordered a good amount of food. Everything was absolutely terrible.. the fries I received were cold and hard as rocks, the nuggets were cold and hard as well. The burger I got was cold as well and tough to eat through that I had to warm it up to make it softer.. than they gave me my two drinks without any ice in either of them..

There was only 4 people there and already had there orders I order a cheese burger and small fry n drink and it took 30 minutes to get my food ill never go yo another one again and the place looke like it hast been cleaned in awhile floor was dirty and bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned in a long time stunk in there gone down hill bad

We went to the McDonald's on Northridge this morning. The manager Mary Beth was super nice! She went above and beyond! Thank you for making my day extra special! The world needs more sweet people like you!

Stopped in a lunch time. Very busy! Did self order machine. Got my food quickly it was fresh. Manager does great job keeping everything running smoothly.

Stopped here because I was hungry and while pulling into the parking lot by the dine in door an employee was outside with head set smoking looking at her cell phone while the drive thru line was backed up and no one coming to the speaker just letting people sit in the drive Thur. So after about 10 min the employee came on both speakers and said just a min, then again a few minutes later she came on and said just a minute again. After 17-20 min in drive thru with only or car in front of me on my side she takes the order and 5 minutes later the cars in front of me are driving out of line and leaving and the line isn’t moving? I think the GM should be on night shift for awhile fixing this problem. This is starting to be an ongoing problem at this location and your definitely loosing loyal customers. Your crew needs some help at night because they are obviously drowning the company quickly!

Ordered 2 ice cream cones at the self check out. Waited 10 minutes in nearly empty table area (during lunch drive through rush). Finally went back to the counter to ask. They had no idea what to do. I had to show my receipt to prove I ordered and paid. Then they served the 2 smallest, most pathetic cones I’ve received at a McDonalds. #why
