Dixie
Cashiers are rude. They argue with customers in front of other customers about how the customer requested their items rung up. Manager very unprofessional and told the lady well I will split it up this time but I don't have to serve you. The customer was doing nothing wrong. How is requesting your transaction split up an extraordinary task to request? I hope that someone does something about it. The female employees are awful!

I don't recommend using your credit card at the pump here, if they even work. Bought gas there Nov 6, paid at pump. Took 43 days for it to post on my account. Then it posted again 14 days later. My financial institution says card services shows chip card was present both times, but I have not been back there since. Called the store and they said it has to be taken care of with card issuer. Called toll free number on receipt to get voice mail only. No return call. Messaged their Facebook page and had a response that they would have local rep contact me but still no resolution. I would just say steer clear.

Very Big liers at this gas station.Some dude punches my husband and my car.Then chases after it to try and fight us,cause we didn't see him behind our car.So we call the cops and everyone of them lied. They even went as far as saying there cameras didn't work. Apperantly it was a friend or boyfriend to one of them.So it OK to punch our car,and then chase us down wth.Trust me I'm calling cooperate and the manager to.Not cool.And BTW its Shirland Ave in South Beloit Illinois.A new car that isn't even paid off.

A few emploees are rude, unprofessional and lack at doing their job.. The assistant manager Michelle is most definitely unprofessional and i plan on reporting her to corperate, she has no business dealing with public. Its not appropriate for customers to get treated poorly and something needs to change. I DO not recommend fasmart on shirland ave.

Very unprofessional, poor staff attitudes. Attempts at enforcing of personal belief, such as clothing acceptability. Staff takes frequent breaks and are often away from the register. If they do not know a price cashier sometimes guesses at the price, often costing customer more than it should have. Just a generally lackadaisical behavior from nearly all staff. In conclusion. I will not be a customer, at this location again.

In there quite often, place is usually stocked up for my needs. Only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars... owners/management expect employees to 'be' too much for a clerk position. Some nights, I've seen ONE person try and help everyone, run the place.... really!? You can't afford/keep more employees???? 4 stars go to the employees, specially Bob. If he wasn't there, I would rate the place 1-star....... Management?????

Wish it was still a road ranger. The store is in horrible shape half the time things dont work. The customer service is horrible anymore. Need to make some changes. Would of been nice to use my debit card this morning but the system was down so i took my money elsewhere.

Female attendants very rude , I had to wait for their conversation to be over before I was checked out and also had to request a bag for all my items. I understand now why they are replacing humans with robots

Pretty sad looking gas station. Always feels dirty on the inside when you walk in. A lot of things are in disrepair. And the attendants definitely have some pretty bad attitudes half the time. I just like that its a short distance from the house.

The manager at this Road Ranger in the most rude to EVERYONE, I have ever met in a Road Ranger, I am most shocked that they keep her. I went in today and didn't see her, maybe someone got smart and let her go.
