Waited a week for an appointment that I got verification of cost after tax for, showed up for app and found it was 60$ more. Be weary of having your time wasted. This is the second time I've had this issue. I had an alignment scheduled with them for 6am on a Tuesday. I took off of work to make it. They refused to look at my car prior to the scheduled alignment and assured me they could service it. I show up at 6am, and they tell me my car is to low to align there. The same car I drove in to make the appointment. Nothing but a headache, would not recommend.

I have used Jacks tires ever since I started teaching at south Beloit high school in 2009. The only trouble this time was the person picking up their tire took mine instead. It took three days but I now have my tire. Closer checking on people getting their tire would of helped this time for me, but your business is still my #1 tire company. Dean Johnson

I would give 0 if I could. Walked in right as they opened. They got 2 people in that were ahead of me and when I came up told me that they were soon absolutely busy they couldn't put 2 tires on. Absolutely trashy way to treat a customer. Would not recommend. Thud is the second time they denied a tire swap.

We have had a whirlwind of random tire issues on multiple vehicles over the last few years, and I truly don't know where we'd be without Jack's Tire. Great customer service. Good prices. Quick and quality work. They make it so easy and convenient to get work done that I find myself strangely excited to have tire issues now. They'll be replacing our wheels soon! There is no one else I would go to when having issues with my car, and they always know who to refer me to if my issues are out of their scope. Thanks for all you do Jack's Tire!

We had a nail in our tire on our way home from out of town. I researched and found Jax’s tire had reasonable prices and was going to call first thing Monday morning. I called, a gentleman answered the phone and was so helpful, as they could squeeze me in for 4 new tires and other car Maintenance. The knowledge and the patience they had was amazing! The customer service was perfect and I will continue to go back to Jax’s tire and tell everyone about my experience.

Had an emergency repair and it was handled great! On the tollway recently and something punctured the tire; low pressure tire light appeared so I exited; luckily, Jack's was just down the street. I popped in, they had me in & out within an hour - flat repaired, coffee served, friendly...couldn't have been faster, nicer, and more professional. The highest rating!

Most respectful, sweetest, kindest and helpful shop ever. DEFINITELY WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE. Im telling all my people to check this place out. My new car had a tire that kept losing air. I didn’t know what was going on. I went to Jack’s because I knew they’d fix it. Turns out I had a screw in my tire. In and out in less than half an hour. Awesome service!
