Friendliest staff I have ever met at a grocery store. Thank you for the kind and good service every time.

It was fine. Clean. 1st time there in 10 years. Nothing to praise and nothing to complain about.

This store is Horrible! Try to avoid the store! They don’t even have the products stores in good areas has! Lol Pharmacy service is real bad, there is a guy at the counter horrible service. So after I got My Medicine for my Aunt I walked through the store with the bag they gave me with a hooded sweatshirt and a Fat White Karen came and accused me of not paying for what’s in the bag….hahahahah was tempted!!! Calling me a thief! And screeming! LoL Next I told the Manger she was understanding , but I am sure she is the other white ladies hommie. Avoid this store, I don’t eat Pork and the Meet is Freezed inside a special cooler with beef and chicken products , another thing that only happens in the Ghetto! AK

there's alot of complains about the lines. Just wanted to let you know they don't have enough checkers. they lost alot of workers and no one is applying. Please have patience with the employees it's not their fault if they seem rude or unpleasant is because they are stressed and tired. They work very hard for us so they can stay open if it wasn't for them we wouldn't have fresh groceries

Lucky has a great pharmacy: uncrowded, reasonable prices, good service. I especially want to point out the importance of Pharmacists and their role in keeping us all healthy and safe. Remember, we can get our vaccinations at Lucky Pharmacy and I highly recommend the Lucky in Pinole Vista shopping center.

This is the BEST Lucky's in West County. Always stocked. Produce always fresh, varied and plentiful. Great choice of fresh meat, seafood. And great selection of frozen foods. Parking is great. Staff friendly. Clean well stocked store.

I am from Sacramento visit this store usually shopping for my mother. The first time in the store got charged for items on my receipt did not purchase? Second time at the store was last minute shopping for a barbecue before the 4th of July. So there were some bottles of Dad's rootheer on the counter. I asked for three she rings three up. continues her conversation with the bagger. I get home that one bottle is in my bag. I paid for three? Call the store they don't answer their phone? My two very ugly unprofessional experiences reason for my review and remarks. My advice is to check the receipt before exiting the store.

Cashier was so kind and helpful! This place is definitely improving. Sanitizer and wipes at the door, this is not a given in some places. Store was clean and well sticker with good selection. Only one way in and out....that's the only downside. I would ask for one door to enter and the other side to exit. That would be better for social distancing.
