Used to be one of my favorite places to go, until today. Called about a part, was quoted 75 dollars. Got there, spoke to some other man, was quoted 100 dollars and he was a complete jerk about it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. What a complete waste of time and gas. ~Tim

We have had a whirlwind of random tire issues on multiple vehicles over the last few years, and I truly don't know where we'd be without Jack's Tire. Great customer service. Good prices. Quick and quality work. They make it so easy and convenient to get work done that I find myself strangely excited to have tire issues now. They'll be replacing our wheels soon! There is no one else I would go to when having issues with my car, and they always know who to refer me to if my issues are out of their scope. Thanks for all you do Jack's Tire! ~Kody

Bad experience, it took them 2 months to even get started on my order! I when multiple times to ask about it, since no one would contact me about it, and every time I would go they would always lie and have an excuse to why they didn’t have it done! Do not recommend going here!!! ~Vanessa

Cashiers are rude. They argue with customers in front of other customers about how the customer requested their items rung up. Manager very unprofessional and told the lady well I will split it up this time but I don't have to serve you. The customer was doing nothing wrong. How is requesting your transaction split up an extraordinary task to request? I hope that someone does something about it. The female employees are awful! ~Dixie
