This loves ia so amazingly that I don't have to worry about parking because there is NONE.they are for the bob tails trucks that live around and go home every night.i will buy my fuel elsewhere.and don't get me on the food subject. What I'm saying bypass this stop u can do lot better driver.have a safe trip.

Don't ever think to come this loves mechanics shop to fix even the smallest thing .for trucks or trailers. An professional One air bag for 9 hours to wait . And not fix even .... worest scammers ... wasting time...

Restroom still broke. To many local trucks parking all time and the bobtail trucks take up space like they have a trailer behind them.

Showers were clean, rest rooms could’ve been better but maybe it was an off day. Locals definitely park their trucks here and take up any spaces. I’ve never come to a truck stop where the lot was full at 11am. All in all it was a a good rest stop for me.

These Love's truck stops are amazing. They have great drinks and AMAZING showers which by the way are always clean. I always try to stop at a Love's before any other place.

Was there(CHICAGO) for a tire swap got there at 3 am guys open at 7 am, got done with the tire at 10.45 am. Made it back to the terminal(1.45 PM) in Iowa to find out that the tire was with no air ,the valve stem was replaced, but broken by the guy who replaced it. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP

Very bad experience. Traveling in a pickup truck and decided to stop here to sleep for the night. I was awoken by a person dressed in a police like uniform who told me I couldn’t park where I was because the area is only for semis and told me I had to go to the car parking lot. After doing so, I was awoken again a couple hours later by this same security guard and told its 1 hour parking and I can’t sleep here. He had a very rude attitude and said “I’m a licensed security officer, I don’t put this uniform on as a costume”. I have been to truck stops all over the country and have slept peacefully without any issue. This security guard seems to be on an ego trip because he has a uniform. He is lucky nobody has called the real police on him and reported him for impersonating an officer as he drives around the place in his personal vehicle with a police looking uniform on.

Sent a tech out to repair a flat tire. I directed them to the vehicle and there be a yellow paper taped on it, so there be no confusion on what to do. Came in the following morning, and nothing had been done, but they were still demanding payment. Complete waste of time.

No different than Speedway or 7/11. Service is ok. But I'd really wish they had everything in stock.
