They are knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and do a really good job on the repair. They also do a great job of cleaning the vehicle as well. The South Holland facility restored my faith in Gerber I’d used Gerber ( another location) to repair vandalism done on a prior automobile. I wasn’t happy with their work I gave them a low rating. Fast forward to 6/7/21 the South Holland site. They restored my faith in their work I needed a mirror replaced on my current auto, they did that and more and the cost decreased. I took my vehicle in for repairs. They kept me updated via text message as to the progress of the repairs and what day that my vehicle would be ready. I did not have to call them to find out when it would be ready and when I did pick it up, Chris went over the vehicle with me to make sure that everything was done satisfactory. I have used Gerber South Holland for every repair job I have ever had. Each time they have been reliable and timely. Not all the time have they been the least expensive, but I trust them to do EVERYTHING right, so I'm willing to pay a little more. The last two times, I had to have my truck bed repaired and they fixed the bed and restored my flip sectional tonneau cover and my back box.
