Paul is an car body damage artist. My Chevy is gorgeous! He also is a full service shop and I mean full service. I had a turtle bowl terrarium and turtles in the violent accident but they survived. They are spoiled. Their gravel was custom hand picked stones and seashells from ocean beach California. They recovered very stone and shell and was contained in my chattel. I will kill for them. Unfortunately we have had a lot of vehicles needing their service with family and business. Always got perfect work done and handles insurance very well so I didn't have to. When we paid out of pocket price was great

I called asked about the service I needed and he said bring it in and will do it for you as soon as I can. I got to his shop handed him my keys he popped open my hood and found my headset that I took off of my head when I called him. He then fixed my problem and handed back my headset that works better than when I left it under my hood. I may have spent no more then 20 minutes at his shop. Very professional and reasonably priced. His shop is nicely set up very clean and his employees are very nice and personable. While in shop was able to check out some of the cars he was working on and they looked like new.if ever I need body work done he will be the one I go to. Service: Electrical

Completely terrible. Brought my vehicle in for minor collision repair and didn’t receive my vehicle back until a month later. The mileage was 200 more when I received it back than what it was when I brought the car to them. Not to mention a Walgreens bag of items I had accidentally left was strewn across the backseat with things missing. Do not go to this facility. Per response to owner: The name on my account is not my actual name. And indeed you have repaired my vehicle back when your facility was named “Charlie’s auto body”. I still have insurance claim paperwork with your facility’s address (16050 Suntone Dr) to prove so.

My car was repaired from an accident which was fine but my car battery will not stay charged once they were done I'm not sure what they did but now I'm having a problem if my car sit up more than 8 hours I have to get a jump. (FYI my battery is just fine) which means it's something they did because I've only had my car a year.

Work was ok I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for. I picked up my car today to the driver side door speaker was not working which they fixed and inside of my car looked like someone had saw dust fight on the inside. If my estimate was up to par I probably wouldn't have used them but since the price was so low and the insurance was only going to pay what they estimated I basically had no choice.

This was the worse job I ever seen. First he kept my car over a year and when I got it back it still was not complete. He patch fixed everything the doors was not aligned and he left out the insulation. To make matters worse he shave the paint off and left it out in the rain where it set up rust then he painted over that which made bubbles. Bondo was left in paint job not to mention, The back door would not even open at all. He supposed to fix the front end with aligning it what so ever. Out of the whole year I didn’t not receive one call or did I get a return call. I would not advise anyone to take their car there at all.

I was given this place by the insurance company to get a repair estimate. The place was very neat, the office itself, and the work area, and outside. This gave me confidence in their work ethic.The gentleman were nice, and I think they gave a fair estimate for the repair. The work has not been done to date. However, based on my experience, I would recommend them.

Quality work, low prices. I have always found Charlie to do fair work for below market prices. I have had both insurance and private repairs done here and I am always satisfied with the work. Charlie always tells me to bring the car back if I have any issues too. There is sometimes a very long wait on repairs of my vehicle, but that has always been because my insurance company takes forever to approve repairs and Charlie's cannot begin fixing the vehicle until they approve it. I've been in a lot of accidents though, so it is the only insurance that I can get. I'll keep coming to Charlie's shop, it is a bright spot in the dark area of auto repair.
