Well I knew it was a repeat of 10 yrs ago when they made me look like a Isley brother on crack? Greasy, drippy hard JERRY CURLS! WHN I CAME IN ASKING SPECIFICALLY FOR... A COLD WAVE?? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!Definitely would not recommend please trust my opinion on this. Not only did they mess up my hair once and I returned to give them a 2nd chance they messed it up again badly. Let me explain the first time they messed it up it was lop sided it took me 18 months to grow it out long enough to fix it then I returned because I've had a few really good haircuts by one of the beauticians Ashley I think that's what her name was. I made an appointment online and came in and said hi my name is Kirstie I have an appointment today at 12 and the beautician at the time, the one that cut my hair said you had a hair cut right and I was like yes she seated me in the salon chair and started brushing and combing out my hair. And the did a dry cut in my hair. I am too shy and introverted to tell someone that they are doing something wrong so I just let her cut my hair dry I figured I could wash it and style it myself at home. No, there is no fixing it I'll just cut it myself when it grows out. DON'T GO THERE SAVE YOUR TEARS.

Despite some negative reviews, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They did get right to me. Just make sure you ask for an extra mirror, so you can check the back before you pay! The girl didn't finish it! Found out later that she didnt even cut much on the back of my head, only the sides where I could see it in their mirror. And I had given her a nice tip, too, before I found my haircut wasn't really finished! 😲 My husband had to even it out. Also, I had to explain several times how I wanted my bangs, and that I wanted them fringed. She didn't know what I meant. Must be different language at salons nowadays....They ended up being way to short to brush to the side. I'll be going somewhere else from now on....

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Just because you made the place look fancy doesnt mean your stylist knows anything about good customer service, see below. So yea, I went out and went right back in, which is rare for me, and I will tell you why. When I entered, the 1 stylist I saw was sitting in one of the chairs, in a lazy position, one leg up on the desk. She DID NOT greet me as I came in, and when I looked at her and said "could I get a haircut please?" She said "we've got two appointments coming in and wont be able to do you today, but you're welcome to make an appointment " I turned and walked out. First off, it's a salon inside of walmart, who makes an appointment??? More importantly, you DID NOT STAND UP when I entered, or anytime after that, your tone was mildly polite, you didnt give me your name, didnt greet me, nothing. Based on that 10 second encounter alone, I took my business elsewhere.

Garbage, one employee on duty said she had an appointment in ten minutes and couldn't take me for a basic haircut. Told to return in three hours, then showed her a picture of a basic fade that I'd wanted and she told me she couldn't do it and I should go to a barber. Then she went back to looking at her phone. Avoid

Stylist did not smile to greet or say hi. Went to deal. Said cut and color? Then went yo her station without a word. Argued that color dye I picked would not color my hair. I argued it has lightened before. She argued it will not. You need bleach first. I said no, just do it. Signed paper she gave me. While I was sitting with dye she turned a customer away. She was not doing anything. Cut my hair, cut off all most of dark hair she said would not dye. Choppy cut. Worst I have had and I am 67 y.o. it cost as much as the stylist that has 15 years experience and always glad to see me. This girl msybe had 3 years experience. my daughter says her time for cut was okay.

It's clean and bright inside, and everyone was friendly. Jessica, my stylist, did exactly what I asked with my hair and I'm thrilled! My husband said it's the best haircut I've had in a while, so I'm sold! It was really affordable, too. I will be back!!!
