This location is always the worst! I bought one Oberweis milk 4 days ago and the other one was 2 days ago and they went bad, and my Husband and I had diarrhea so I brought them back to the store The customer old lady can’t refund me because I didn’t have receipt and she can only give me store credit which is ok but she smelled it and didn’t believe me and she said it just personal taste and the store manager came and said to me “maybe next time don’t drink too much “ Nice stuff training and how nice store manager he is! He should retire if he can’t be an appropriate store manager same as that lady!

I learned from a friend that they have a pretty messed up policy. If money is found and not claimed it is put in the back room and given to Jewel as a company. I was surprised to hear they don't donate it to the charities they advertise in the store or even use it as some kind of pizza party for their employees if unclaimed after a few months. I think that really shows the greed of the company.

The staff is very helpful in the times that I needed to return an item or needed to find something in particular. I'd like to acknowledge Lynda and Denise in the deli for their patience and friendliness even while being short staffed. My only issue is how high the prices are compared to Woodmans or Walmart, sometimes as much as two dollars on some everyday items. Overall though it's a nice store to shop and is four minutes from home. while beinng short staffed. They reflect well what good ustom

Absolutely terrible. Always out of some produce (today was lemons and limes, last time was garlic). Merchandise is not handled properly. My yougurt was very grainy which means it probably sat in heat at some point. Same with my ice cream cones. They melted at some point and were refrozen. Freezer burned, with chucks of ice in them...disgusting. At least one or two items i find always expired. They should be ashamed of themselves. Highest prices around. Never shopping here again.

The stocking lady in the medical aisle was very helpful l and, the checkout lady and the bagger were very efficient and polite.

Called to inquire about Prom flowers and before I could even get my full question stated, I was abruptly interrupted with “ Nope”. I hesitated in shock for a second. So I was going to say thank you for your assistance but was again interrupted with 3 follow up “ No No No”. I am fully aware that they may have been too booked and I understand the situation but this was beyond rude. I’d suggest using Town and Country Gardens for all floral needs going forward. This was a horrible example of customer service.

They had everything I needed, even buttercup squash(kombucha,)and there were not lines in the checkout. This has been my main grocery store for 32 years, so I still have a hard time finding things since their remodel during the beginning of the pandemic.

Horribly rude associates every time I’ve been and I just moved here 4 weeks ago! I only returned today in order to purchase an I-pass. We got a few more things for our trip into town and I simply tried to use my app rewards while in self-checkout. The associate got all huffy and upset and printed out my transaction to do at the main register and another came to help. After more fumbling and questioning the app, I simply tried to help them with their reading comprehension that my reward was already “clipped”—past tense. They continued to be rude and helpless and then tried telling me to calm down. I have never experienced such terrible customer service anywhere nor witnessed such ineptitude when it is their store’s app! We will not be returning. I sure miss HEB in Texas. Day ruined by these people. Train your people better in all aspects. It’s barely 10 am…

I love Jewel. Everyone is friendly. Always clean. They have the best fresh fruit. They also have cashiers😁😄 and great savings
