Fantastic for live music AND delicious food! The entire place just fills with the music! I ordered the steak filet medallions, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. At first glance the steak looked like it might be medium, instead of medium rare, but it was super tender!!!! I was so pleased! I've had burgers from here previously, but other family members love the WINGS. My 13 year old went coo coo over the Funnel Cake Fries! After horking down a burger! Two thumbs up from him. There was another dad there with his kid to watch some live music. I feel like up to a certain time, this place is entirely kid friendly. I feel the prices are very reasonable given how delicious the food is. The staff is great, super friendly! You're missing out if you haven't tried Chubby Bullfrog! ~Angela

Friendly, fast and competitive cost to get tires and brakes. I asked them to check my brakes and instead of trying to make extra money like other places would they where upfront and honest that my brakes are not needing to be replaced right now. After getting my tires I got a flat two days later because of a huge pothole. I had the car towed to them and they got it right in and replaced my tired. I am always happy with the service and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great customer service, fast and friendly and most important very ethical and trustworthy business! ~Tracy

I rent from Avis all the time and have had great experiences but this West Dundee location is absolutely trash! The employee was sitting talking on her personal cell phone when I walked in…she did not end her call, I honestly thought she was a customer. Then she told me that even though I had already paid for my reservation online she had no cars. I asked her if she could call the next closest location and she said “I guess so”. I asked her if she could at least help process my refund since she had no cars and she didn’t know how to. She was absolutely no help, don’t go here. ~Kirsten

The staff is very helpful in the times that I needed to return an item or needed to find something in particular. I'd like to acknowledge Lynda and Denise in the deli for their patience and friendliness even while being short staffed. My only issue is how high the prices are compared to Woodmans or Walmart, sometimes as much as two dollars on some everyday items. Overall though it's a nice store to shop and is four minutes from home. while beinng short staffed. They reflect well what good ustom ~Michael
