This place needs to have a lesson on cleaning. Today we went in for dinner and not one table was cleaned and the drink station looked like a nightmare. Also the girl at the register should get an attitude check. She is always rude to coworkers and we can hear her belittle them. Chipotle, do better

This is the second time I have online ordered and came home with the wrong food. People spend a lot o money on their food only to not received what I asked for . Then there is no phone help to complain about the matter. I will NEVER get FOOD from here again... this place is not even wroth a 1 star. unfortunley I have to click the 1 start just to post this.

I’ve been sick for two days. Had a taste for a chicken burrito bowl and this is what I got. 25.00 for this and a few chips n guacamole. I ordered brown rice, corn, chicken, beans and I got spicy meat. Can’t get through to a person. Get recordings. Tried texting and it’s a robot. Horrible horrible service.

It has been over two years with Covid and short staffed. Restaurants committed to service are open and wait on them. Others just keep using excuses. We don't have help. After over 50 years in restaurants. You do what it takes and get it done. Obviously Chipotle prefers and allows excuses. There were four people actively cleaning to get out early rather than waiting on customers. To be served, you had to order on line, REALLY!

one star for the staff, last week i visited this store for pick up, it was 8.15 PM and they close their door . i went inside thru side door , they denied for the taking an order, and ask me for placing an order online. i Download the app and try to place an order, it was not allowing me to pick any time slot, i asked the lady, she said because we 're about to close, it wouldn't take new order. I was really frustrated with this conversation, horrible customer services. I liked the Chipotle food but staff at this location loose an customer for this store.

Whoever was the cook on April 3rd 2022 in between the times of 5:30 and 6pm needs to be fired. My steak was chewy, hard and not cooked well. My bowl was also halfway filled with tons of rice and only a little toppings. I usually go to the Chipotle in Bolingbrook but I wanted to try this one out and was highly disappointed. I will never come back.

Food was good as usual. Only problem me and my guy had with the place was guacamole was starting to turn brown, and the dining room needed to be cleaned up. Tables needed to be wiped down. Will always go to Chipotle, but not sure if we'll go to this location again. Which sucks cause is the one closest to his house.

I came in at 7:45 on 02/22/22. They said they ran out of sour cream. How do you run out of sour cream?? This is Chipotle. Sour cream is a necessity in your restaurant. Im not going to spend $16 on a bowl to not have sour cream on it. Management should have taken their lazy bum to Target with the company card and bought a cart worth of sour cream. What a joke. Staff was rude about it too.

I ordered from this location today. It was disappointing. Burrito bowls were half full, chicken tacos were with no guacamole and extra lettuce. Plus we ordered orange peach juice and they brought us completely different one - pineapple juice. This was the last time ordering from this place!
