Arrived to this location around 10am. On google as well as the store hours posted on their door it said it opens at 10am. There were 4 of us in total waiting for someone to come. It wasn’t until I checked the willowbrook store website closer to 10:20am did we realize it doesn’t open until noon. The store should really update their hours. We all would of been waiting longer if I didn’t look.

Marcus took care of me literally 3 minutes before they closed activated my line and got me out in 25 minutes I highly recommend this location. The mobile experts here provide a high level of customer service!

I would give them 0 rating if I could. Rude and arrogant staff, who can't even able to make a simple appointment where there is no wait time. I waited for more than 30 mins even after an appt. Why would you make appointment then? Go figure.

The store I normally used and trusted had recently closed. I was apprehensive to go to a new store for help, however the young people at this Willowbrook location were helpful, patient and competent. They successfully helping me manage problems I had with my Apple 11 iPhone.The problem required reaching out to customer service and they helped me navigate that entire process. At the store the rep was named Donte G. and he was brilliant. On the phone with customer service was Rhea also brilliant and competent I am very grateful to both of them. So happy I have a “new store”.

My experience there was so bad, the staff is so disrespectful and rude, I've been at T-Mobile for 20 years and this is the worst location I've ever been at. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Today i took my 83 old grand mother to buy a cell phone .We were greeted by Kamile who help us choose the phone .Excellent customer service.. she was about to end her shift, but she choose to stay and help us .So professional. My grand ma was so happy. Thank you Kamile for going above and beyond to help us!

In order to ask about their phones before buying a new phone, I had to wait in line for 50 mins and only have my initial answer be answered in seconds. Why can't you have been more thorough in the first place and saved me from wasting an hour standing in the store?? I did not get a phone because they don't even carry the phone with 2 SIM slots. I wish they were better staffed and had clearer inventory online. If your two staffers are working and there's a line of 3-5 people waiting, it's not really appropriate to make chit chat about vacation plans.
