Car wash didn't work. Poles moved back and forth but no soap and only drips of water came out. They didn't believe me and to try again. Then after the 2nd time, they said I must be wrong and nothing they could do

There was 5 rows of 16oz soda for 1.09 and then 2 rows of 12oz soda no other price tag in site...... the company refused to sell me 16oz can for 1.09 was trying to charge me 1.49 telling me they dont have to label prices correct its up to customers to check prices after scanned they can put any fake numbers up they want and charge you what they want...... I didn't know how to even answer that........ I hope IRS looks into this location for illegal tax and false advertising to the public....... this is the 5th BP gas station in Illinois I have caught illegally charging extra tax and false advertising to the public state of Illinois really needs to look into bp location's in DuPage and will county Illinois if this is in public face wonder what this company does that we dont see......

WORST WAR WASH EVER—SCRATCHED MY SIDE MIRROR AND GOT GREEN/YELLOW PAINT ON TIRE BELOW IT. ONLY ONE SIDE OF MY CAR AND WOULD NOT REFUND OR OFFER SECOND WASH This is absolutely the worst car wash experience I have ever had. I bought the best available wash, which was $10 and I proceeded to enter my code and pull in. This wash is advertised as a double wash, so I thought for sure he would do a good job. Handle any soap came out and when the machine came around to the passenger side, no soap came out. There are two “soaking” steps and it was only water on the car that it was “soaking” in. I came out and get my towel to dry my car and instantly notice that the entire passenger side of my car is still unwashed. I went inside because the entire passenger side of my car looked exactly as it did before it went into the car wash, with the dust and rain marks on it. I told the cashier what happened and asked if I could go back through, hoping that if I used some washer fluid and a towel, I could at least get the dust off of my car and then go back through. The cashier said that only the manager could either refund my money or give me a second car wash. I proceeded to argue about the fact that they must’ve had other people have this experience. The cashier then proceeded to tell me several times that it is not a hand car wash and that I should not expect the results of a hand car wash. He said this at several different points during the conversation… my car was washed less than a week ago but it got rained on so there was dust and dirt on it but not much. He thought it was reasonable that I would want to drive around with only half of my car clean. He said I needed to come back the next day to talk to the manager and I explained that I lived 40 miles away and it was only out there for an appointment that was a one time thing. He would not give me another car wash unless I paid for it. I did not want to drive around with half of my car washed so I moved forward in my mind with my washer fluid and towel plan. I had to pay the second $10 and figured I would take it up with the manager the next day on the phone. He said the manager is there in the daytime and it was 4 o’clock when this was all going on so I’m not sure exactly what time of day for o’clock is to them. I went through a second time and now see a fresh scratch on my passenger side mirror and this same color paint is also on the tire below that mirror. If the cashier is not willing to acknowledge that half of my car is dirty, he definitely is not going to egg knowledge the fresh scratch on my mirror. Definitely do not go through this car wash. Your car will come out looking worse than it did when it went in and it may wind up scratched like mine.

Extremely bad experience.. Caused over $4500 of damage to my vehicle. There is something wrong with this car wash and the owners will do nothing to upgrade/fix their issues. The car wash is probably from the 1980s and the machine to put payment in will not work. You are pushing buttons blindly..! This should have been a red flag as well as the fact that this car wash takes over 10 minutes to clean. I urge everyone to avoid this wash at all costs!
