This Pilot has roaches. Seen it with my own two eyes as I was making a cup of coffee. Definitely ditched that effort and went about my business after that. YUCK!!!!!! Glad I don't come this way often. Truckers BEWARE!!!

Do not shower here when outside temp is low. No hot water & heat in the bathroom was turned all the way up. Was covered in sweat by the time I got dressed then had to walk back to truck in 5° weather. Went to sleep for few hours & woke up sick.

It seems pretty new. Everything was clean and as it should be. Shower was hot but hadn't been cleaned properly, water pressure was not good and someone (probably the cleaner) had turned the water off so tight that I struggled to turn it on. I'm 260lbs, if someone smaller had have been on the shower they wouldn't have been able to turn it on. I wrapped a towel around it and turned it off, full force!! Have fun moving it now.

The gas is well priced and overall the store appeared safe and clean. All staff and patrons were wearing masks appropriately. However, the person serving food had a dry cough and appeared to be having trouble breathing. While checking out, I asked if employees receive paid sick leave. The checker's response was evasive, which I took as a no. I'll be avoiding Pilot stations until I can do more research on their policies.

Two Pilot stores I've been to have these new coffee machines that grind & brew each cup fresh. It's been years since I've tasted coffee this good! 😊.

Staff cordial attentive & cute. Place kinda tucked away from interstate & all the gogogo-ness. Try arrive by 5, get good spot (only 50) so time enuff to enjoy sunset

Decent food, around 60 large parking spaces despite their App saying 35. NO TRASH CANS IN PARKING LOT. Large grass area for my dog!

1. No bathroom 2. Gross. They need to invest some money to improve the bathroom. 3. Not clean. Managers must not care 4. Really clean, just requires a little more employee attention. 5. I might even sit on the toilet seat.
