Wish I could give 0 stars. They always lose prescriptions. Their system is always "running behind". Worst costumer service. Made us come in when my son was sick and had ME call the ER. This location is an absolute joke.

If I could give negative star i would. This is by far the worst pharmacy ive delt with. Call meds in to be ready for pick up . Was told there ready sat in line for 20 mins just for them to tell me there not ready gonna be another hr. Im done with this store.

This is by far one of the better Walgreens in all of McHenry County. There are possibly a few exemptions, but if you want stark contrast…try the 24 hour one in McHenry. The amount of behind the scenes things they have to do, like coordinate with YOUR providers office and chase down important insurance details that should have been provided by the docs office to begin with. That by itself should have some of you looking in other directions to assign blame. Someone said go to Walmart…great idea, so you can see what much worse really looks like. This location may have been struggling a bit, in past years, but it’s been turning around really well.

The pharmacist found it really funny today that they deleted my prescription from their system. I could not believe a professional laughing and making a joke of me having to call between 2 pharmacies, trying to figure out why it was deleted. She should be ashamed to be a "pharmacist"

Constant wrong information. NO ONE takes responsibility for anything. Constant delays in rx refills. You never know if you're talking to the call center or the actual pharmacy and either way you never quite get a real answer.

Horrible service and refuses to take accountability. Rude managers, uninformed staff, and complacent leadership. Maybe CVS will find to town and drive them out of business

Zero stars if possible. The pharmacy is part of a scam my insurance is currently looking into. I am requesting an audit they are claiming customers purchase more medication than prescribed and charge them. I am thinking they are running some sort of unknown scam. Hopefully they can be found out.

This location is a joke. My doctor call in a pain prescription. I went to pick it up only to be told they couldn't couldn't coubt out the pills for another 1 1/2 hours. They asked me to come back. I waited until 430pm the next day. Went in to the pharmacy instead of the drive theough and the girl behind the counter told me that it wasn't filled yet and to come back. I told her that i wastold yesterday it would be 1 1/2 hoirs and here i was back 24 hours later. Her response was too bad, i can't control yesterday. Excuse me! How about, I'm sorry. Let me see what i can do. It wsd 20 losey pills. Seriously. I will never step foot in a Walgreens again.

Firstly, I understand that there is a pharmaceutical epidemic going on in the United States, but it is not fair, to treat those of us, who are legitimately in constant pain, and have conditions where the only cure is open brain surgery that could cause paralysis, deafness, or other unwanted side effects. I have a condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia, which is and extremely painful condition, that feels like I have a razor blade stuck in my gums, 365 days out of the year. I have tried many different pain medications over the last 13 years that I have had this condition, and to avoid major, unwanted side effects, I am on specific medication, that works for me, and I do not overuse it, give it away, sell it, or anything of the sort. However, for the last two years that I have been receiving medication from this Pharmacy, the Pharmacists, and the techs, have treated me like I am an addict, a pill seeker, and other things. Why would I ever give anyone my medication, that only is prescribed to me every 30 days, and only takes a little bit of the edge of my pain off, just enough for me to be able to live a normal life, and enjoy my family time, allowing me to concentrate at work, on projects, and the like? Not only are they rude at this Pharmacy, and treat me and other people like addicts, but they have constantly screwed up my prescriptions in regards to timing, constantly giving me the runaround when trying to pick up my prescriptions, they do not pay attention to doctors notes, Insurance notes, and they don't even seem to keep track of dates that I have picked up medication from their Pharmacy. The Walgreens in Woodstock, is absolutely the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to or pick up medication from. I recommend that no one gives them business, until their staff is retrained, for better customer support, and interaction, and they are trained to have sympathy, and empathy, for their patients. I have recently changed pharmacies for all of my medications. When I stopped in at my new Pharmacy, to register my insurance & discuss my medications with them, I mentioned to the Pharmacist that I have Trigeminal Neuralgia. The pharmacist immediately said to me, "Say no more, I understand." They filled it with no problems, no runaround, no questions asked, and they were polite, understanding, and empathetic.
