Gorgeous local bookstore catering to children and young adults, but a little thin on adult titles, though enough to be a worthwhile stop. The amenities (ice cream, coffee, penny candy) make up for it. Support local bookstores!

My first time in this store was yesterday during the Witches and Wizards event and it was such a cute 'little' store! Good selection of books, wonderful window display, and a yummy selection of chocolates and other goodies! When I'm back in the area, I'll need to look around at the books and pick up a few as well! Plus, grab myself some more of the Irish Cream chocolates; yummy!

Great little book store with an excellent selection of specialty foods and chocolates. Very relaxing atmosphere with great customer service. You can also join a book club and make some new friends. Definitely stop by and check out this great part of the square. Thanks for reading.

My wife and I love stopping by Read Between The Lynes when we’re in the area. Their books are reasonably priced and personally, we’re willing to spend a little more to support a local business than Amazon and we would encourage you to do the same. Sometimes their book selection is a little sparse in areas but they can order pretty much anything for you. I especially love that they have a local author section. We need more bookstores to do this! Their cafe is good with a decent selection. Next time you’re looking for a book, a coffee, or a sweet treat, stop by Read Between The Lynes.

Me and my boys are here a few times a month. This place has such a small town at home feel. They don’t have a massive selection but they do seem to do a great job stocking unique and interesting books. My son always finds something. They carry many old school candies I haven’t seen since the 80’s and many that were even before my time. Great coffee and atmosphere. If your in Woodstock it’s definitely worth the stop!

This is my favorite bookstore ever, having lived in three or four small towns that all had local book shops. The staff is lovely, selection is good, and it's the perfect spot for all ages. They host great events and the attached coffee and treat shop is tasty. Love the toy section and the ever-changing selection of board books for my littles!
