I have never had a problem at walmart..always friendly and helpful..I left CVS because the service and the wait time were terrible

Worst pharmacy and worst customer service ever. They never answer their phone and when they do they will hang up on you so they don’t have to take your call. Or they will put you on hold and never come back. You go there and your prescription is there and they have it but they choose to not fill it because they don’t have time. They make you wait until the next day and they are not courteous and do not care about their customers at all. We live closest to this pharmacy but will drive farther because the customer service sucks so horribly. Uncaring people. 😞

I have never had a problem. Cvs is much more costly. They always help me because sometimes online is confusing. KUDOS to pharmacy

Custom services in pharmacy is great. I've been going to this location for years, I can't speak positive about other areas of the store especially at the Services Desk b/c it's a hit or miss some are not so friendly there.

Picked up prescription for norco and 5 pills missing! Count your pills people, bottle filler is pocketing narcotics!!

Awful customer service. Dropped prescriptions off at 10am called at 2 to see if they were ready but was told that 2 of the scripts were out of stock. Miss personality did not want to waste her time calling other stores to see if other Walmart pharmacies could fill it. She said and I quote "the Mishawaka store never answers their phone but you can try bye". I did find my meds at the Lincolnway Walmart in Goshen where I will be getting my scripts from now on. Thank you Nate!

The folks at this location are always willing to assist. It's a convenient location and much better than the nearby CVS and Walgreen.

Phoned at 1:40 pm to ask a question about an order the doctors phoned in for a test prep; the ounce size of the contailner, and the cost so I could send my son to get it on his way to work (before 2pm). After going through the options of choosing buttons (twice becasue I ht the wrong one the first time) I receive a message "The pharmacy is Closed, please phone back after 2 pm ! Since when do ALL pharmacy people go to lunch at the same time ? Rudeness is why I moved my regular medication over to a more dependable pharmacy in Mishawaka !
