I will start this review, by saying I HAVE NOT visited this place. In fact, I'm scared away from it AND NEVER WILL. The way this business responds to potential customers and dismisses their review purely based upon geographic basis, all the while insulting them and disregarding their concern is completely and utterly unprofessional. I can just see him, seething as he determines we aren't even from Indiana. Guess what buddy, it doesn't matter. A bad person means a bad business. Try being an adult and looking professional when you respond on a public forum bearing the name of your company. Completely childish, irresponsible, erratic, and irrational behavior. Consider spending your money online, with trustworthy companies such as Origin, Newegg, or iBuyPower, literally anything is better because imo this guy doesn't sound like he has you in his best interests. Anyone who would talk to potential customers like that doesn't deserve business.

Cousin who lives in the area went to the shop to double check prices and see if she could buy anything for his father´s birthday. She called me several minutes after being in the shop laughing stating that the reviews were right: overpriced prebuilts and very poor costumer service. It is still mind boggling that this shop is still open and functional. edit: owner replied with "lives in spain". Which is why i specified that it was my COUSIN who lives IN THE AREA that went to the shop and not me. I guess thats another of the owner´s problem: either a lack of comprehension skills, inability to accept his own mistakes or simply doesnt care. It really is a pity, the place is in a great location and there cannot be enough tech shops...

Great pc the ram make gpu go vroooom the cpu is a pentium gold get a solid 15 fps with my gt 710 if u wanna play roblox u get 9 fps the lighting usb cable make gpu go fasssst i have 1 fan so plenty of cooling for only 10000 although they need the money since they cant make any from a law suit this is the pc

I was visiting my grandmother awhile back and wanted to get her hooked up with a good PC so she could stay connected with the rest of the family via zoom, or skype, or what have you. She said she knew of a place near by (Grace Computers) so we went in to check it out. The price tags on the items were absolutely outrageous. The owner was selling items at 2 to 3 times their worth. Systems with 950s and i3-6100s going for $1500. Couldn't be me paying prices like that. We went to Stone Computers and received a much better deal on MODERN hardware

I've never even been here, but after reading how the owner responds to criticism on these reviews is enough to make sure I never go! Hands down the most unprofessional business owner I have ever seen. I would never even THINK to talk to a customer the way he does. One person reports an issue that they had in his store, and his immediate response is to pull camera footage of the day to find the person that complained? What?! Who does that? Needless to say, I highly suggest shopping elsewhere as the owner is clearly not stable.

This is an infamous computers for selling scammed products. Do NOT go here and read reviews on Facebook. All the reviews here are from real people and proof can be found on Youtube if you search for Greg Salazar. If you do go here, try your best to endure the rudeness of the manager and the overpriced products are offered here, which is JUST twice the retailed price.
