Just close the store already. This DG is closed when I go more times than it’s open. 9:00pm, long day need to grab a frozen pizza; closed. 6:15pm, I only need garlic bread, closed. I used to shop here all the time being it’s the closest store next to vp in our neighborhood. I’m done trying 😔

My family and I adore the staff. Crowded store and very busy. But we wouldn't have it any other way. We're glad to have them in the neighborhood. Update: closes so often you cannot rely on it any longer. A real shame.

Nice store. Went to get some seeds for gardening and walked out with 6 packs for $6. Store manager was also super nice.

Stopped at this store this morning to pick up a few things for my sons birthday. I googled this location online to see what time they open because I have a meeting at 915AM. Online said the store opened at 8AM. I tried to pull in the front parking lot and there were 2 gigantic trucks blocking it so I parked on the side. I climbed the stairs and attempted to go inside.. I was met by 3 disgruntled employees standing behind the registers chatting away. They immediately yelled at me and said, “we’re closed!” I explained online said they opened at 8 and they said, “we can’t let you in here when these trucks are outside!” So I left and one of them followed me all the way to the car verbally harassing me for trying to come in the store. I’m a nurse sorry I tried to find a quick store close to purchase a few things before I had a meeting. I will be the Karen that lets the world know how horrible you treated me. It’s not my fault online says you were open.

There was an employee in the back of the store talking out loud to herself about how dumb customers are for coming into the store when they’re about to close. I walked into the other aisle, because i’ve been there I know it’s frustrating, but she then started complaining about how lazy customers are that they can’t take 5 steps and put something back, in the toy aisle so it was likely a child, loud enough that I could hear her in a separate aisle. When I walked up to the cash register I wasn’t greeted and when I put my stuff on the lane the cashier rolled her eyes at me. I had 5 items. I asked her if there was a survey on the receipts and she said “i’m not sure” and immediately after taking my card out of the reader she said “oops I hit no receipt but I know we aren’t doing anything wrong”

You know out of every location I've ever been to this is one of the worst. The people are rude and stock is never on the should all this and cards help their skilter all over the place it's just quite a mess. You can't find anything and the people really don't give a care about helping you. The big problem is I think the company treats their employees badly and they can't keep any of them so the ones they hire are poor great individuals to begin with. I would shop a different location if you have to shop Dollar general

Found most of what I needed, & relatively cheap, but the store wasn't "arranged" well. The aisles were messy & poorly organized & they were out of stock on quite a few things. The gentlemen doing the stocking though, as well as the cashier, were very nice and answered questions when able.

The staff is polite, friendly and fast at getting their customers taken care of. I worked with Christian today and he was amazing. He answered my questions and explained what was causing my issue with my phone. I went back 2.5 hours later and it was complete and looked brand new. I definitely recommend them and will return if any other issues arise!
